  Primrose is everything we hoped for in a school, and so much more! As a family without relatives nearby, finding a school wasn't just about childcare; it was about finding a community. We wanted our son to have a "tribe" of caring adults who would help shape him, support him, and show him that he can trust people beyond Mom and Dad to meet his needs. At Primrose, we found exactly that. Every teacher we’ve encountered has been exceptional, caring, and deeply invested in the children. A special shoutout to Ms. Jasmin and Ms. Carolyn in the Infant classroom because they were the very first people we entrusted with our baby. Handing over your child for the first time is a huge leap of faith, and they made that transition easier than we could have imagined. On his first day at drop off, our son gave Ms. Jasmin a hug, so we knew the vibe was there! His days were filled with play, laughter, and affection, and most afternoons he barely wanted to leave at pickup. As first-time parents, we also appreciated how much they supported us, offering guidance on milestones, nighttime feedings, and the countless questions that come with raising a baby. Since transitioning to the Toddler room, we've watched our son continue to flourish. The teachers provide the perfect balance of warmth, encouragement, and clear expectations. He is learning so much every day and is genuinely happy to be there. Communication from the entire school is exceptional. We always know what's happening, receive timely updates about events and activities, and get prompt responses whenever we reach out. The facility is incredibly clean, and the staff consistently follow safety protocols and guidelines with care and professionalism. Most importantly, I have never once worried about my son while he is there. That peace of mind is priceless, and we are incredibly grateful to be part of the Primrose community.

  We absolutely love our daycare! The teachers are wonderful, the leadership team is attentive and responsible, and the building is always clean and welcoming. We especially appreciate the fun family events, which create such a warm and friendly atmosphere.

  From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew we had found something special. The people here are simply unmatched, from administration to teachers to every staff member in between, everyone radiates warmth and genuine care. As a parent, feeling at ease leaving your child somewhere is everything, and this team makes that effortless. When our son started as an infant, his teachers weren't just caregivers — they became like development counselors for our whole family, guiding us through milestones and always keeping us in the loop. He fell in love with them from the very first meeting (immediate hugs!), which told us everything we needed to know. Now that he's in the toddler class, we're loving it just as much. The facility is spotlessly clean, communication is excellent and consistent, and you can feel in every interaction that everything here is done with real care and consideration. We couldn't recommend Primrose more highly.

  We love Primrose! Our daughter (19 months) has been attending Primrose for over a year, since she was just 5 months old and has spent time in both the Infant and Toddler classrooms. The teachers and staff are always friendly, welcoming, and warm to both the students and parents. Our daughter happily runs into her classroom each morning. It is a safe environment and we feel secure knowing our little one is being taken care of by responsible and caring teachers. The school is well-run and organized as well, with clear and consistent communication to the parents via email and the app. We love receiving the updates and photos throughout the day. We also feel like our daughter is learning and developing a lot through her time at Primrose. Her communication continues to improve and she loves naming all her friends from class. We are grateful that we found such wonderful for care for our daughter.

  We’ve been at primrose for about 9 months and couldn’t be happier! All the staff so clearly care deeply about our daughter and have done so much to support her growth. Since starting, our daughter not only has received excellent care but has thrived! We’ve also treasured getting to know the other families and feel so fortunate to have found the primrose community. (Plus the wonderful photos and captions sent to us throughout the day don’t hurt!)
