  We had a great experience at this KinderCare location. My daughter was here for about a year, in both the infant and the toddler classrooms. The best things about this location are (1) the hours, which stretch about as long as any daycare around (7:30 to 6:30), (2) the App, on which you get lots of picture and video updates of your child throughout the day, and most importantly (3) the staff, who are very dedicated, caring, and competent. In particular, Marsha and Lizbeth were excellent. Even the 1 year olds do many educational and skill-building activities, and the "curriculum" feels orderly and well-designed. It's not just a bunch of kids in a room running around. During the year that my daughter was here, I did not hear of any parents moving their children to another daycare center. Admittedly, it wasn't all great. The center closed one day for snow when public schools were still open, and that felt a little bit like a ripoff (of course we were still charged for the full week). They are vigilant about spotting rashes and taking temperatures, which is good for the health and safety of the kids, but can be frustrating when you are asked to pick up your kid and only take them back with a doctor's note when the concern is just a minor rash or a fever of 100.4. Presumably many other centers are the same way, because they can point to laws/regulations requiring this. They have also had a somewhat high level of turnover in administrative staff, but that has not impacted the day-to-day care that the kids get. All in all, I would definitely recommend this center for infant/toddler care.

  So far after a month I’m happy with them, we trust the teachers and have a good relationship with them. I believe they do care for our children and are doing God’s work. I was very nervous about very young toddler starting daycare, now she’s here making the sweetest friends.

  We sent our infant to KinderCare. They were so loving and caring. Our son really thrived and he lit up every time he saw his teachers in the morning. The admin team was also excellent and communicative.

  I met the folks at KinderCare Fidi recently. Specifically, I want to mention Tiffany and Miss Sarahlee for being instrumental in my daughter’s journey in the daycare. My daughter has attended this daycare for a few months now. Tiffany gave me a tour of the facility, and helped me imagine school there for my daughter as she grows. And I thank her teachers for their positive sentiments about my daughter. It seems they will treat your children with love here! When I toured, the kids were all in their rooms and I was happy to get the one-on-one time to meet the staff behind it all. Tiffany was great and I look forward to a bright future with them as my daughter’s teachers 👩‍🏫.

  Our child really loves going to Kindercare. She’s in the infant class and she loves her teachers. I thought I would be sad bringing her to daycare, but I also love getting daily updates and getting her little artwork. I can see her developing socially week by week!
