  We have had such a wonderful experience at this KinderCare. The staff truly all know your child and care for them and ensure a safe, clean and loving environment. They communicate regularly so you know what your child is doing and you can enjoy pictures. I would rate them six stars if I could!

  My KinderCare family is truly one of the best things that has ever happened to me and my 1 year old. As a loving and hardworking mother who has to be at work every day, all you want is caregivers who make your child feel safe, loved, and at home and this center does exactly that. I want to give a huge shout-out to my girls, Ms. Yanet and Ms. Denise. I love these ladies with my whole soul. I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting other wonderful teachers who have contributed to caring for my son, even if it was just for a day. My son is very attached to me, but these amazing women have done such a great job making him feel loved and comfortable that he always has a blast throughout the day and comes home with the biggest smile on his face. And a big thank-you to the behind-the-scenes stars, Cesia and Stephanie. This is truly what you call a GREAT team inside and out!

  Hello, my son started Kinder care about a month ago so far he love it and so do I. He in the two year old classroom with Mrs.gabby and Mrs. Kierra they are awesome teachers who really love there jobs. Kinder Care school is one of the best they really care about there students and there eductions learning are the best. I would recommend this school for everyone who looking for a sweet environment and learning fun school. 😊

  ⭐ (1 star) Extremely disappointed with our experience with center director Cesia Enamorado. The assistant director was very warm and nice, she gave us a welcoming tour. We were encouraged to join the waitlist and told summer typically sees openings. We were initially considering moving to NJ (funny enough, we've since decided to stay on the Upper West Side, so this would have been perfect for us), which is why we specifically asked about transferring to another KinderCare location to see their flexibility. However, Center Director Cesia Enamorado's subsequent behavior was completely different. After receiving only generic emails, she initially responded positively but then became unresponsive after she realized who we were lol. When we called to follow up, she contradicted everything the assistant director told us, claiming no summer openings would occur and spots would only be available in September - conveniently. She promised to send a waitlist link but never did. Ms. Enamorado lacked the professional decency to explain her position directly - instead, she chose to "ghost" us after learning of our situation. This is completely unprofessional for someone in a leadership position at a childcare facility. Very unprofessional, and no decency. We were particularly concerned with what appeared to be discriminatory treatment after mentioning our daughter would be coming from abroad with limited initial English. It felt like we were being deliberately pushed away once this information was shared. The stark contrast between "we really want to help out families" during our visit and the actual treatment was troubling. I cannot recommend this location based on our enrollment experience. Bright Horizons has shown a much more caring attitude by comparison - KinderCare has a lot to catch up on when it comes to customer service and consistency.

  Columbus Avenue Kindercare is an amazing place to send your child. The teaching staff and administration are compassionate, well-trained and nurturing. Not only did Kindercare foster my daughter's love for learning with a rigorous, engaging curriculum, they made her feel loved. To the administration, Ms. Tricia and Ms. Jessica, you always went above and beyond for my daughter and always looked out for her well-being. To the teachers, Ms. Dani, Mr. Jo, Ms. Rosie, Ms. Lady and countless others, my daughter loved you and made her truly develop a love of school and taught her the basic skills to enable her to thrive academically, as well as socially. I can't thank you enough for being a part of my daughter's early childhood development.
