  Pretty disappointing. After talking with them before the summer break they said they would contact us when we got closer to the school year start. They never did. When we called them they were almost surprised about us wanting to confirm the details for our daughter's speech therapy, but said the speech therapist would contact us. They didn't. So we called again. We got set up with a speech therapist and talked with them. And then the week they were supposed to start they suddenly couldn't "because of scheduling conflicts". Quickly, we got a second speech therapist who managed to show up once, and then they also disappeared. And then the company gave up and kicked the case back to DOE.

  I just completed my CFY with City Sounds and I am so grateful and happy for this experience. I had the support and guidance by the office staff and supervisors. They always responded and put me on the path I needed to go. I started out my CFY at another agency and left because City Sounds showed that they actually cared me, treated me better and helped me grow professionally. I am so happy I completed my CFY with them.

  This is a great place to start or continue your journey as an SLP. My time here as a CF so far has been so smooth, despite the change to remote sessions since COVID-19 for many clinicians. The csny office team is always supportive and responsive, my supervisor is the best- always so helpful and comforting, and Amy and Anthony always try their best to guide everyone and show recognition of hard work. I definitely feel that I am growing as a clinician here. Thank you!
