Was running like 5 minutes late, They were so Nice and I didn't wait too long. My Stylist Stephanie is Top Notch! She was confident and a great listener. I highly recommend her! I think Cindy was the Instructor's name, she is friendly and definitely competent. They nailed my new look. Love it! I went from sloppy dark roots and bleached tips to Cropped Silver Supreme! Thank You so much!

The girl who did my hair was super bubbly and knowledgeable however; I showed a picture of what I wanted and when it was all said and done it wasn't exactly what I had asked for. Maybe I didn't answer the questions correctly, but it is a lot darker than I anticipated. I've gotten a lot of compliments, just not what I wanted.

ONE & DONE!!! Service requested "two-strand twist" after using online contact to assure a student familiar with 2 strand twist of Afrocentric hair I received a "we don't discriminate smack." So I disregarded the smack as ignorance and booked, via walk in, on the 5th for the 7th for both me and my 16 year old visiting granddaughter. I thought visually seeing our hair would equal proper care...NOT. My stylist said, "I NEVER did a twist before" and was very timid when "washing" my hair🤯! I tried to relax her as she was overly talkative, nineteen, and said she was from a "hick town" so coming to the school was her first cultural true exposure to Blacks. She has since adjusted and now dates a Black guy🤷🏾‍♀️. The floor Super came and showed her how to do a twist "twice." Another student showing her 1x and then finally another student, 3rd person, proficient in two strand twists took over and completed a style as my assigned tech watched in amasement and questioned, talked, throughout. I was payee and thought of investing in the $40 a month plan but after my experience I decided not a good fit for me nor the intended client; my Aspie girl as service of her 4C was not possible at this facility. However, my bi-racial grandgirl, wethered much better as her stylist knew how to braid. I do understand it is a teaching school and the student practice on non-human, doll heads 1st. However I do NOT understand the assignment of a student with zero ability. It's just bad business, in my opinion, to seat anybody paying for a service with a student whom admittedly had no skill on the style, formally requested 2 days prior, hair texture, nor basic way to wash or comb curly hair. Then to add insult to injury an up charge of service by saying my hair required detangling... 🙄 Oh my granddaughter who got many small french braids was done before my 6 flat twists. Clearly there needs to be assignment according to student ability before clientele. Just the opinion of a 66 year old lady who's eldest daughter is a licensed beautician in IL. Tipped for effort❣️

Super great place! I will say, probably the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten, left with hair very choppy and had to go to a new salon next day to get the bottom chopped off due to the huge difference in layers length. Everyone super kind tho and I usually have great experience with great outcome, just not this time.

Tara was outstanding in creating the beautiful haircut and color I received at Paul Mitchell. She was friendly and professional and met my every need. Tara also paid close attention to her "teacher's" input to make sure my modified pixie cut was perfect. I have already made another appointment with Tara. Ashley did her very best trying to do my nails. Unfortunately she was unable to do my nails because a drill was needed to remove the old ones. Also there was no acetone available to do the removal. Ashley did and excellent job in making my old nails look presentable. She was knowledgeable, professional friendly and did a great job with what she had to work with. Once I have my nails removed I will be back to see Ashley for a new set of gel nails.
