  The absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life. I met with a women to discuss my financial aid portion of my application, she tells me I'm approved about 6,000 dollars in a Pell grant so I asked is that for sure cause I don't want to start unless that's the for sure she answered " if I don't call u by Thursday it means ur approved and everything's all good for u to start what this paper says is set in stone ." So I proceed I start the program I been enrolled for a whole month and a half and a women I never met pulled me in the office and said ur name on the application for ur financial aid was incorrect give me ur password and I'll fix it ..... Send me back to class....I go home it's the weekend and then Monday morning I get a email from financial aid saying I'm not approved for the Pell grant at all. So I wait a few days and the school never calls me back so I call them and she said give them a call and see what they say . So I call the financial aid women on the phone from the government, she was very concerned about their whole process and negligence they carry. She stated one there not supposed to have the password let alone create ur whole account for u. She also said that my original application was filled out with no information imputed and a month into my enrollment they finally found it time to insert my actual information and that i was never approved. The application was sent back for multiple errors. The regional finance director called and said that it was her mistake and the school would cover the amount the Pell grant would have. I was shocked I felt so much relief and I went back to school. I go into the financial aid office and ask for something in writing with this arrangement and they said nothing can be provided Intel the 600 hrs are complete and that just didn't sit right with me. How am I supposed to take a risk of 6000$ on someone's word of mouth. So questioned start flooding my mind. What if ur not there when I'm done? How is this anymore sure then my Pell grant I was approved for? So I ask and she responds with well it's that or withdraw so I tell her ima take some time to discuss it with my mom she said the same thing it's to unsure and to much money to risk. So I call to unenroll and they tell me to come in I show up she grabs my file and says ok ur good! I ask what did I need to show up for? Is there a paper I sign? Are u gonna tell me I owe something? She responds with " I didn't tell u to come you will find out what u owe between 30-45 day " so another waste of time. Every day and hrs I showed up here was after a 9 hr shift over night driving 45 min there and back and there gonna tell me I owe them ....for what getting my hopes up about a future. They have no regard of professionalism and it sure is a shame with how many young people are looking to better themselves and there simply just careless with the futures they hold in there hands.

  I rarely leave reviews, but today was definitely an exception! My experience at Baltimore Beauty and Barber School II was 10/10! ⭐️ Daja was amazing, attentive, and made sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable. The facial and massage were great! Thank you, Daja—I’ll definitely be hurrying back! 🏃🏽‍♀️✨

  So my niece came here to get her natural hair done and what a disappointment, less than five minutes her hair did not look even close to what she wanted. The lady Carmen needs more work. I don’t know where her instructor was, but they need to stay close to her.

  They do not care if students steal your property here. It happens FREQUENTLY! The administrators do not care! They will not help you!! they do not review cameras for theft as specifically stated by staff. Think twice before becoming a student here Opt in to a school with standards and morals

  I visited here with my mom after moving from Colorado. always was thinking about getting into an esthetics school but havent found any luck. after first walking in, i could hear everyone in the school laughing and having fun and the music going. seemed like a very exciting place. after being greeted I met with ms taylor who was amazaing!! she showed me the entire school and explained everything to me and my mom. she asnwered all of our questions and told me that I could do this. she was very motivating and i cannot wait to start. i honestly am so excited that i chose this school to go to. she told me this is where my journey begins!
