  The staff at this location is amazing. Let’s start with the office staff. Everyone in this office has been working in childcare for a long time and are the most supportive and caring people I’ve encountered. Next, my baby boy has the best teachers. I absolutely adore Ms. Elsa and Ms. Nariman. We appreciate every single one of you for putting us working parents at ease. My little baby is so lucky.

  My daughter hated her time in the 2s class. The teacher (Ms.Goltie) was mean. They also kept her in the class well after turning 3 and being advanced for her age.

  I’m a parents with a kid at this location. my experience with this school has been good so far and I love my sons teacher. I liked Miss Mary when my son first started. But imagine my surprise! when I witnessed. a teacher being yelled at by a manager! In front of the students! In front of coworkers! Unprofessional! Imagine my surprise when i found out this is also a commmon thing that happens with the teachers! Wow just wow. I have already plannedd tours at other daycares in the area because i refuse to keep my child in a school that does not respect their employees! I do NOT!!! recommend this place to anyone! and I will be letting other parents know as well! Unprofessional!

  I want to thank Ms Mary and the staff for the exceptional,friendly service and care you give to our kids and us the parents. Am a single mom of two toddlers boys, who has been blessed during this pandemic to continue taking my kids to daycare so I can work. Shady Grove KinderCare opened it's doors to the healthcare workers, so we could continue to work as they took care of our kids. They do follow CDC guidelines to keep our kids safe. The school keeps us updated throughout the day of the different activities our kids are doing. My boys love the school and I have noticed a change. My heart is at ease knowing that my kids are in great hands. Thank you the staff of Shady Grove KinderCare for keeping our kids safe during these times and also making sure that they are learning.

  My daughter has started attending here in August 2019. The director Ms. Mary has been very accommodating from the very beginning. My daughter started as a part-time and she understood my situation. She and the team were flexible whenever I have unexpected meetings and had to adjust my daughter's schedule. The teachers were great and my daughter loves them. I appreciate all that you do especially during this difficult time. Thank you for your support especially to parents who are considered essential and have no choice but to leave their children under your care.
