My daughter has attended this school since she was 1. We have been happy with this school up until the ratio change in her new class and their problems with being understaffed. She is now 2 and a little over a month ago I came to pick her up early around noon which isn't normal. I saw my daughter being taken to.the potty with 1 other girl and 3 boys in the bathroom. One boy had his pants down to his ankles as my daughter sat on the potty in front of him and another boy was sitting on the potty next to my daughter while the rest waiting. I was visibly upset but didn't react as I should have. Talia is the name of the teacher that was responsible and she was the most nonchalant about everything. I kept her home but her mother wanted her to return so I agreed to come in for a meeting. The director took accountability and explained that girls aren't supposed to be going to the bathroom with boys and that happened during to them.being short staffed. Against my better judgment I allowed my child to.resume attending after a bit of nudging from her mother. Not even a month afterwards, I come in to drop my daughter off and she jumped out my arms into Ms Anna's arms to hug her because shes one of the 2 best teachers they have and my baby is so loving. After embracing ms Anna we walk towards the back sonincan take her to her class and the girl Talia is there by herself with a full class understaffed again, this was their excuse for taking boys and girls to the bathroom the first time. On top of that, my daughter tensed up in my arms as soon as seeing this girl and tried to run the other way. This is very alarming for such a loving and friendly child. I cannot confirm because I only have these bad signs to pay attention to but I believe its possible that this girl Talia has been mistreating my child in some way. Either way, I'm not taking a chance or leaving my child there and I do not recommend that anyone else does.

Sent infant/toddler here from Fall 2019 until Spring 2020, and only left due to the pandemic, and would gladly come back. We really enjoyed our time there. We found the teachers friendly and helpful, loved the updates in the app, and my child even learned some sign language and Spanish while he was there. I also liked how collaborative they were with us parents. One of my favorite memories is getting to read to the class at the time. Keep up the great work.

My son has attended this location on and off since he was about a year old. My favorite thing about this center is the structure. Since he has attended, my son has had a schedule which includes things like outside time, music time, etc. I love that each teacher has their own style of handling the classroom. For example, some give homework weekly, some do not. When an issue has come up (misplaced jacket, questions about educational progress, etc) the teachers are great to talk to and the director is on it right away. The director and assistant director are fantastic when it comes to answering questions and providing information. I have never had complaints and if I did, it was addressed immediately. My son looks forward to seeing his friends (his words not mine) and his teachers. Everyone is wonderful: Ms. Alaina, Ms. Jordan, Ms. Steneisha, Ms. Jemmy (director), Ms. Carletta, Ms. Tiara, Ms. Angel and everyone else I didn't mention.

My child started with KinderCare at 8 months, and has been there ever since. The Center Director and Assistant Director were very flexible with our initial center tour and even provided an additional tour to my child's grandparents so they could feel comfortable about my child's transition from being at home to daycare. I appreciate the KinderCare curriculum, which is tailored by classroom and am happy with my child's learning. I also appreciate the at-home guides that were released by KinderCare during quarantine. The activities were very easy to do at home and it helped me feel like my child was not behind on his learning. All of the teachers are nice and pleasant and know my child's name. I am happy that we found this center and they helped ease alot of my stress as a mom heading back to work.
