  My sincere appreciation and highest recommendation for Chesterbrook Academy in Germantown, particularly for two exceptional Pre-K1 teachers, Ms. Vashaka and Ms. Sangeeta. During the 2025-2026 school year, my daughter was fortunate to be a student in their classroom. I cannot say enough positive things about the care, dedication, patience, and professionalism they demonstrated every day. Throughout the year, I witnessed extraordinary growth and development in my daughter, both academically and socially. One of the things I appreciated most was the strong partnership they established with our family. Communication was consistent, open, and collaborative. I always felt that we were working together as a team to support my daughter's success. Their willingness to share updates, discuss challenges, and celebrate achievements made a tremendous difference in her educational experience. My daughter has a very high energy level, and Ms. Vashaka and Ms. Sangeeta were incredibly understanding, patient, and supportive. They recognized her unique personality and worked with her in a positive and encouraging manner. Their kindness and dedication helped her thrive in the classroom and build confidence in herself. The progress my daughter made during her time in Pre-K1 exceeded my expectations, and I truly believe much of that success is due to the nurturing and engaging environment these teachers created. Their commitment to each child's growth and well-being is evident in everything they do. I am extremely grateful for all that Ms. Vashaka and Ms. Sangeeta have done for my daughter and our family. They have had a lasting impact on her early educational journey, and I will always appreciate the care and support they provided. For any parent looking for a preschool program for their child, I highly recommend Chesterbrook Academy in Germantown. The administrative team, teaching staff, and overall school community are outstanding. The school provides a welcoming, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment where children can truly flourish.   I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chesterbrook Academy and the team they have built. What stands out most to me is that this is a school full of people who genuinely take the time to know, understand, and support the children in their care. Ms. Kim, the principal, is incredibly patient, thoughtful, and approachable. Ms. Ashley, the vice principal, is so relatable and easy to communicate with, which makes such a difference as a parent. Mrs. Nilu has been especially wonderful. She provides so much direction and structure while still taking the time to really get to know each child individually. You can tell how intentional she is about helping her students grow, and I have truly appreciated the care and attention she brings every day. Ms. Sangeeta is exceptionally patient and clearly very knowledgeable about early childhood education. Ms. Vishaka is hilarious, helpful, and somehow manages to keep everyone moving in the right direction while still making the kids feel comfortable and cared for. Even Ms. Diane, the chef, deserves recognition — somehow she has accomplished the impossible and gotten my child to bring up veggies at dinnertime! 😂 Mr. Rob has only recently started working with my son, but I can already see a positive difference in his focus, responsibility, and accountability. And these are only a few of the people who make this school special. There are so many teachers and staff members deserving of recognition. As a parent, there is nothing more reassuring than knowing your child is surrounded by adults who are patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in who they are becoming. I’m very grateful for our Chesterbrook community and would absolutely recommend this school to other families. ❤️

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Caregiver – Miss Nilu We have had a wonderful experience with Miss Nilu , and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has been an exceptional caregiver for my son and has played an important role in his growth and development. Miss Nilu genuinely understands children—their emotions, behavior, needs, and individual personalities. She is caring, patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable about child development. She always pays attention to the small details, takes notes, recognizes areas where a child may need additional support, and provides thoughtful recommendations to help them improve and grow. What I appreciate most is her communication with parents. She consistently keeps us informed about how our son is doing, whether there are any concerns, and where she sees improvement. We always felt that our son was in caring and capable hands. My son absolutely loves Miss Nilu, which says so much about the kind of person and caregiver she is. He has spent a significant amount of time under her care, and it is going to be difficult for him—and for us—to say goodbye as he moves on to Pre-K. We know he will miss her very much. Miss Nilu is not only an excellent caregiver but also someone who truly cares about the children she works with. Her dedication, kindness, communication, and understanding of child development make her stand out. We are truly grateful for everything she has done for our son and wish her all the very best!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Caregiver – Miss Nilu We are incredibly grateful to have had Miss Nilu one of the caregivers for our son. She has been such a wonderful, caring, and dedicated person throughout his time at daycare. Miss Nilo has a special way of understanding children. She pays attention not only to what they are doing, but also to their emotions, behavior, personality, and individual needs. She knows when a child needs extra attention, encouragement, or support, and she always makes an effort to help them develop and become more confident. She is also very observant and organized. She keeps track of the children’s progress, notices areas where they may need improvement, and shares helpful recommendations with parents. Her communication with us has always been excellent. She regularly kept us updated about our son—his day, his progress, any concerns, and anything we could work on together. Most importantly, our son absolutely loves Miss Nilu. He has been under her care for a long time, and we have always felt comfortable knowing that he was with someone who genuinely cared about him. As he moves on to Pre-K, we know he is going to miss her so much—and honestly, we will miss her too. Miss Nilu is truly more than just a caregiver. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and well-being. We feel very lucky that our son had the opportunity to be cared for by her. Thank you, Miss Nilu, for all the love, care, patience, and support you have given our son. You will always be a special part of his early childhood memories.
