- KWKyzia WintJul 22, 20241.0my friends daughter was injured at this facility and none of the staff noticed or attended to her care. Her two front teeth were knocked out and none of the staff at this facility can tell my friend what happened bc the teachers didn’t “notice” as a mother this is incredibly disturbing because we should be able to trust these early childhood educators with our children. It seems like they care more about the money and less about the children! I would not send my child here! DO BETTER
- ZKZaraiah KingJul 17, 20241.0Zero stars actually!! This daycare is disgusting and we’re already filing a law suit against them. It’s been over 24 hours and nobody has even contacted my. Sister in law and brother regarding my nieces two front teeth being knocked out. We’ve tried calling corporate leaving emails and getting in contact with the supervisor at this branch. It’s now 48 hours and still nobody has responded. The only thing a staff member stated is that she seemed fine all day she doesn’t know what happened… how the hell dont you notice a busted lip and 2 teeth cracked in half?!??!!! My niece has to get surgery on her teeth (& get sedated because she’s a baby & can’t take the pain of any type of oral surgery). Such a traumatic experience that a 3year old has to deal with! & the anxiety of her parents, I can’t even imagine. If anyone Is thinking of using KinderCare, please reconsider, what happened is not acceptable and I can’t see why anybody would feel safe leaving ing their child there. I would leave a picture but out of respect for my brother and sister I will not allow I can say is shame on these big companies only worried about money and NOTHING for the child’s well being!!

The 3s classroom has a curriculum they follow which is fun and age appropriate. They just launched an app where pictures, videos, the menu, and announcements are uploaded daily. I love getting to see what my 3 year old is learning through out the day. I highly recommend this location.
