  When our daughter first attended KinderCare, we knew she was in great hands. After trying another daycare, we realized just how special this place truly is, and we're so excited to be bringing her back. The biggest difference for us was the level of care, structure, and dedication from the teachers. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that the staff genuinely care about the children and take pride in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The classrooms are well organized, the daily routines help the children thrive, and it's clear that every teacher wants each child to succeed. One thing we appreciated even more after leaving was the cleanliness of the center. Everything is kept neat, organized, and inviting, giving us confidence that our daughter is in a healthy environment every day. We also loved the communication and the relationships the teachers build with both the children and the parents. Our daughter was always excited to come to school, and as parents, there is no better feeling than knowing your child feels loved, safe, and happy while you're at work. Trying another daycare made us realize how much we took for granted here. It became obvious that not every childcare center provides the same level of consistency, structure, and genuine care that KinderCare does. The difference was noticeable, and it made our decision to come back an easy one. To the teachers and staff—thank you for everything you do. Your hard work, patience, and dedication do not go unnoticed. You have created an environment where children can learn, grow, and feel valued every single day. We are so grateful to be part of the KinderCare family again and would highly recommend this center to any parent looking for a place where their child will truly be cared for and supported.

  I really don’t know how I feel abt this place. Nothing special abt this place it gives over paid babysitter. Communication sucks. Only thing they be on time about is a late fee. Management sucks. It a handful of employees that actually care and are very good at there job

  Our boys absolutely love going to the Columbia Gateway KinderCare! We have only had great experiences with the staff and teachers over the past 2 years. Our boys have learned so much through the curriculum, care, love, and attention that is given to them from their teachers.

  We started at KinderCare after our initial daycare closed due to COVID and we were desperate to restart daycare. Our experience has been completely different than the first place we were. At Kindercare, our son has grown exponentially in his gross motor, fine motor and language skills. He is so happy to be dropped off every day which makes me so comfortable leaving him. His teachers have been so accommodating in changing his schedule if we ask for it. Most days, he eats better than us! I love how often they update the app to tell us about his day and keep us updated with pictures and videos. We are always greeted by such sweet and friendly staff. I am always blown away by how loving and dedicated the staff is. I am so happy to be at this daycare and wish this level of care would be the gold standard of all Daycares!
