  So grateful for this community and the teachers and staff here. As a working parent, I am able to sign my kids up for activities that they would otherwise be unable to have them partake in. Love this place and the people who make it special!

  BCDS has been an absolutely incredibly experience for both of our kids and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone that wants to put their little one in an incredibly loving, familial, academically focused but also super fun environment. Our daughter is now 5 and wrapping up her final year - we are sooo sad, as she has absolutely loved her time there and made such great friends and learned so much. Similarly, our son (who is now almost 8 and is mildly on the autism spectrum) had a fantastic experience (was there for 3 years), played well with his peers and the staff was so kind and made him feel extremely comfortable at all times. He too thrived and was well prepared for Kindergarten and continued to drop-in during the school year. Both of our kids have also done camp over the summer and had a blast. Bottom line, all of the teachers and administration members treat the kids like they are their own and really strive to help the students grow not only in terms of their reading, writing, math and other subjects, but also with respect to their social and emotional awareness. It's a warm and welcoming community led by the Principal (Ms. Mila), the Assistant Principal (Ms. Brittany), and the other key front office team members (Ms. Ceci and Ms. Samantha). In short, we love BCDS!!

  We LOVE BCDS. We can't say enough good things about Bethesda Country Day School. From the moment we joined the community, we’ve felt completely supported by the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the teachers and staff. Our daughters are thriving here in ways we couldn’t have imagined. One of our girls needed more of a challenge academically, while the other is on the quieter side initially and needed a bit more encouragement socially. The faculty (specifically, Ms Krissy, Ms Bushra, Ms Marilou, and Ms Samantha) met each of them exactly where they were and provided thoughtful, individualized support. Now both girls are excited to go to school every day—a parent’s dream! We’re so grateful to be part of this incredible school community. BCDS is truly a special place.

  My children love the school. The parking is limited, so Drop-off and Pick-up are always a bit nuts. The school has a great Principal who is kind and caring.
