- ZBZakia BrownMay 7, 20265.0Having served as an educator in various capacities over the last 16 years, I deeply value schools that genuinely center the whole child while also investing in and supporting their educators. At Primrose School of Bel Air, I can confidently say they do both exceptionally well. From the very beginning, I noticed the intentionality of the leadership team. Whether it was the thoughtful selection of multicultural texts, the celebration of diverse cultural holidays, or the diversity reflected within their teaching staff, it was clear that inclusion and representation are deeply valued here. As a Black family, this was especially meaningful to us. Another thing we noticed (and felt) almost immediately was the level of professionalism among every staff member we’ve encountered, including the younger teachers who support in the evenings. Beyond being professional, they are attentive, warm, joyful, and genuinely engaged with the children. Our children have absolutely loved their teachers. We currently have two children enrolled, one in Early Preschool and the other in Pre-Kindergarten. Both teaching teams have been outstanding, especially Ms. Kayla in EPS 3, and Ms. Sam and Ms. Molly in Pre-K. Our son recently transitioned into Pathways, and even after just a few days, Ms. Khloe has already made us feel incredibly welcomed and supported. None of this happens by accident. It’s clear that the strong leadership team sets the tone for the entire school culture. I’ve been deeply impressed by the way they support their teachers, celebrate their students, and cultivate an environment that is warm, structured, inclusive, and joyful. I couldn’t recommend Primrose School of Bel Air enough!

I had so much anxiety about choosing the right school for my daughters, and selecting Primrose was the best decision for our family. It is clean, organized, friendly, safe, and our daughters participate in so many fun activities! We have become attached to a few teachers and staff that go above and beyond for our girls, which makes drop off every day easy and stress-free. I can't say enough great things about our experience!
