I have never actually been here, my review is about communication for birthday parties. I will start by saying no one was rude to me, but I do find time to be very precious and I do feel like this was a waste of time and just overall frustrating for me. I went on to their website to learn about birthday parties on the 5th. It asked me to fill out a form. The form indicated they would be reaching out to me soon. They emailed me between 24-48 hours. I believe I heard from them on the 7th letting me know they would reach back out soon. It took her 2 days to get back to me, by then my son had been invited to another party at that exact time. So I asked her about another date that same day. She responded on the 10th she would check. Over the weekend I sent some other days and times. On the 13th she responded she would check now. I had to email again on the 15th to ask if she checked. She emailed me on the 16th to tell me she did not have that date available. I asked again about the other date. Finally I am giving up. I will not beg people to take my money and this all has taken up too much of my time. It is not an easy experience to book a party. If you want to you should ask months in advance unlike me. I hope they read this and set up an easier way because the antiquated email way is not working for them. Most places have a calendar and a way to pay so it is easy then the place reaches out. I am sad because I wanted to like this place since my kids both love to sing and do theater so I was hoping to visit for a summer camp or something but all this left a sour taste in my mouth about the way they communicate.

It was a great experience. Good for those attempting to become future singers. I highly recommend.

Naptown Sings cancelled the class we signed up to take and did not notify us until the day class was supposed to start, 5 hours before the class was supposed to have started. They did offer a later time that day for what Megan said was the same class even though it is not advertised as being the same class. When we arrived, the 45 minute class started 10 minutes late. The back door is supposed to lock at dusk, but we couldn't get in that way very much in the daylight. Be prepared for endless emails asking you to sign up for a class you have just signed up for and including one line of detail about what you need for the class amidst a slew of ads for every other class they offer, so you can't unsubscribe or call it spam or you will not get the one piece of info you need. At the end of the first class the instructor also led my child to believe it would be ok for her to stay for a second class too if I said it was ok, which was annoying because the classes are not cheap and the class after hers is older kids. It was confusing whether she meant she should move to that class or was trying to get her to take both. I am pretty irritated with this business from the parent side. As for the class itself, my daughter seemed to enjoy it, but didn't learn anything new the first class. Hopefully it goes uphill from here.
