My children attended for a little over a year and a half and we were very pleased. My 4 year old enjoyed her classes and made many friends, and I could tell they were taking her pre-school education seriously and giving her good learning activities to do. My school-age son also had a generally positive experience. Whenever we had any problems they were quickly addressed, and with the pandemic, center director Pam went above and beyond to make sure our son was well cared for and had the help he needed for remote learning. They communicated quickly and clearly about pandemic-related center closures and policies. I highly recommend this place.

We love Custer KinderCare. Ms. Pam and Ms. Megan adore our kids and it shows. They are working tirelessly to make sure the center is clean, safe and healthy. The teachers are amazing. They are always willing to work on homework with my school age child and are constantly teaching my toddler! I can't tell you the number of times I dropped in (pre-COVID) to find the teacher dancing, singing, playing or teaching my child. They aren't just left to fend for themselves in a sea of other kids. There are plenty of group activities and one on one interactions as well. Safety was a big concern of mine when we switched to this center, and these ladies have set my mind right at ease. They know exactly who should be there to pick up my children, by face and name (and sometimes vehicle!). They aren't shy about asking for ID, and making you wait until it's verified. Leaving my kids in the care of Ms. Pam and Ms. Megan is like leaving my kids with family! If you are looking for a great place for your tiny human to be safe, educated and loved while you are away from them, consider Custer KinderCare, you won't be disappointed.

My children loved the staff and teachers. Every time I picked them up they were having fun. I can tell the staff enjoy teaching children and what they do; the environment reflects that fact. If you can afford it, bring your children here and rest assured your children are being well cared for and well taught. Despite my 5 star review, there is an aspect of KinderCare I did not like. They force you to pay for services you do not use. For example, if you go on vacation you are still expected to pay a "reservation" fee. When I brought up the fact that they are charging people for services not rendered I was told that it's a corporate policy and nothing could be done about it. I do not like people hiding behind corporations and using that as an excuse to treat people poorly. They should only charge for services rendered. I didn't think that was a novel concept in 2018 but there it is. My kids love the place though so I swallowed the pill for their sake, but I wish they would treat people how they surely expect to be treated when they are wearing the consumer shoes.
