  If I could put no star review on this daycare I definitely would! I absolutely would not recommend the daycare to nobody. Your kid will be neglected and you will be charged way too much for the services that they do not provide. They are bottom of the barrel extremely dirty they will ruin all your kids' clothing and send your child home looking like a whole hobo 🤬 If you have no choice like I don't, I would recommend black socks and all black clothes, due to the dinginess, and ruining of socks to shirt to shoes! Half the teachers there don't even have children and know nothing about taking care of a child! I do have to get props to miss Jill She is well educated and trained in childcare! They are understaffed, You will be looking at two to four child care incidents at least in a month. They hit you with rates like field trips that they don't take and say that they are summer fees then they need to put that. They will get you for every dollar that you have. Like I said for a bottom of the barrel daycare.

  Had a great experience with KinderCare in Burlington. There was a billing issue on my account, and Ashley was extremely helpful in getting it resolved quickly. She took the time to look into everything and kept me updated the whole way. Really appreciate the professionalism and support!

  I was lied to. I was given a tour and told due to staffing I would be contacted mid-July when staffing was hired. I never got a call, so I called and now being told not able to take my kids until August or September. Very poor communication and not accurate information given. I was waiting 3 weeks on them now have to figure something out. Would not recommend

  My son was enrolled at the Burlington Pike location for a few days before needing to pull him out. Prior to going there, he had been in multiple daycares, and this is the only place where he actively resisted trying to walk into the location. He usually LOVED going to daycare every day and whenever we picked him up from Rainbow Child Care Center, he would be crying and left alone with no daycare attendant caring about how he was doing. On the 2nd day, he got a black eye. I was told "he is clumsy" and he fell and hit his eye on a table. I am very wary of the authenticity of the other reviews for this, and all other, Rainbow Child Care Centers. Be warned that the place isn't nearly as great as the reviews make it.
