  We love KinderCare Boone Aire. I cannot rave about our daughter's teachers enough. It is so clear every time we do pick up or drop off how incredibly loved she is there. They post updates/photos routinely throughout the day, and it gives me such peace of mind.

  My toddler was at a different KinderCare for a year before COVID-19 that we absolutely loved! After everything was shut down for 2-3 months, it was decided that that center would not be reopening. KinderCare gave us options of different centers that had openings for our children. I read all of the inspection and complaints reports on the state’s website for each of the available centers with openings and hands down, the Boone Aire location was my top choice. I have not regretted that decision for one moment. My toddler is benefiting from the educational instruction, structure and socialization that he’s getting there. Like many others, I am now working from home and having this great school available has been a lifeline! Quite frankly, I’m pretty sure it’s been a lifesaver for myself and my children. We are very happy and I trust that my child is getting the best of the best here at Boone Aire!!!

  This kindercare has a wonderful group of teachers. Everyone is very courteous and always so welcoming. I love how much they care about all the children. It makes me so happy when my son is excited to go to school and loves his teachers! They are always posting on the app too which makes my day, seeing all the things my son does during the day.

  Trevin and his team have done a wonderful job taking care of my 10 week old daughter. They send updates and pictures through the app to help put this mommas mind at ease.

  My daughter was assaulted by another little girl during nap time. My daughter has numerous bites, scratches and bruises to her left cheek, I understand accidents happen but not to this extent. Based upon my daughters injury I believe the children were NOT under supervision of an adult. When picking up my daughter from the facility the director Trish was in the preschool room. Her and I had a conversation reguarding the situation in front of the children that could of quickly turned into an ugly environment. Super unprofessional, I was told by Trish that I should take my daughters assault as a "learning opportunity" she showed no sympathy or remorse to the situation. I would advise any parent to NEVER send their child to a Rainbow facility. The turn over of the staff is constant. You will never know who is watching your child. If you are reading positive reviews on “Rainbow” it’s because as parents, having our children enrolled in Rainbow, we were asked to write a positive review to receive a gift card. As parents we were bribed into posting positive reviews, that should tell you everything you need to know about the facility. I don't understand how the cooperation is still in business. Ever since sharing my experience I have heard numerous horror stories from other parents that have had their children under the care of Rainbow.
