  The first photo is what I wanted. What I asked for. A dark chocolate brown with bright highlights and a money piece. The second photo is what I left with. After 5 hours. I also went there already blonde so this should not have been hard to achieve. I felt ignored most of the time. The students were too busy chatting to pay attention to what they were doing. I felt like the instructor was rude and disrespectful towards me when I would complain. The bleach was put on my hair at 12:00 and not rinsed until 2:30. I did not complain because it was a teaching college, and honestly my results are not terrible but they are not at all what I asked for. I will not be going back. But if you want something cheap, then I guess go to them.

  I will say I liked this place when I was so broke and really couldn't afford to get my hair done I'd come across some good students here and the staff was helpful to and the one lady she was funny she kept my kids in check lol

  Gabby was amazing and the trainer was wonderful as well. Hair turned out exactly the way I wanted it too

  Love giving students an opportunity without breaking budget, and they help this mama get a break. Highly recommended. I have my favs, but love them all💕 Jerry is the sweetest and takes great care of me when I call to schedule appts
