Frustrating enrollment experience. I was told there was availability and given a start timeframe, but it kept getting pushed back without clear communication. It took weeks to get a clear answer on class placement and how students were being organized, which was concerning given that this is basic enrollment information. We had to delay due to illness and a tonsillectomy, but the school was not understanding, and I repeatedly had to follow up just to get basic information. Responses were often delayed or felt dismissive, and important details about placement and transitions were not shared upfront. For an expensive private daycare, I expected much better communication and organization. After deciding not to move forward, I was also told the registration fee is non-refundable, even under these circumstances. Worth it to not go there though. I would recommend asking very direct questions and paying close attention to communication and responsiveness before enrolling.

Our son loved it here. We moved him to Primrose Bridgewater after a disappointing experience at a daycare up the street and we were so glad we switched. He made a couple of friends that we still stay in touch with after moving on to public school. The teachers were all very sweet. The school was always tidy. Communication was wonderful.

The only school that made our 3 years girl to love going to school. She never liked going to say care until she enrolled here.

We have used Primrose at Bridgewater for both of our children. The staff and teachers are amazing. It was not a tough decision at all to place our second child into the same school. Both of our kids are very different and have different needs and the teachers and staff make that extra effort for the kids. The teachers and staff have been great at helping our kids in those areas they needed most either growing their social skills or strengthening their academic skills. Both kids enjoy primrose and when I take my oldest to pick up the youngest they reminisce about the fun times had at this school. Regarding the pandemic conditions we live in now, we appreciate the measures they are taking to clean the school and maintain social distancing for the children. We are so grateful for everyone here!
