  Miss Mary is the best! She is so responsive to requests I have and communicates my daughter’s growth and needs. She shares the best pictures and updates throughout the day, and makes me feel like I don’t have to miss out on a thing! I am confident my girl is well taken care of when she is in her care. KinderCare has truly been a blessing to our family. I don’t know what I would do without all the caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic staff.

  We love KinderCare Gunther. Our infant is doing well there. The teachers do a wide range of engaging/stimulating activities that our daughter just loves. We love Ms. Abbey, Ms. Sam, Ms. Jennifer, Ms. Victoria and all the other helpful teachers. Our daughter absolutely loves Ms. Jennifer. Very clean center. We feel very welcome. Also wanted to add that the teachers make every day fun. There is always something new for our daughter to learn. We greatly enjoy the wide variety of healthy foods they offer as our infant learns new foods/textures.

  I ended up reaching out to KinderCare for my 2 year old since our family had a last minute change and we were going to need care immediately. They were such a blessing every step of the way and they truly put my momma heart at ease. It was our first experience putting one of our kids in daycare and they were so helpful and their updates and pictures were truly one of my favorite things because I was so anxious the first week. All of my kiddos teachers were so kind and the director Ms. Abbey and her assistant director were rays of sunshine! They worked with me every step of the way and checked up on my kiddo when she was out sick! We loved our time here so much and if we need day care again they are the only place I will be contacting!

  In December 2018, we took a tour of the newer Westfield facility, on Springmill. It was really nice and the staff was very friendly. We were told to fill out the registration and pay online for a spot for our toddler. We knew that there was a short wait because they were adding a new room. We were told that it would be open in January. Needless to say, several months roll around and we still haven’t received a call. I emailed them in April to find out about our daughter’s spot, again. I was then told that she was withdrawn. We did not receive notice of her withdrawal and we did NOT withdraw her ourselves. I was also told that I could not receive a refund for her registration. Essentially, they had me register, took my money and did not provide a spot for her. Their communication is terrible now. I can’t even seem to figure out who is running the place now. The center’s director has changed at least twice since December. We paid roughly $100 and she did not attend even one day. We will NEVER use or recommend Rainbow because of this.
