  I really love this daycare..The staff is very professional and genuinely cares about the children and parents..I feel at peace going to work knowing my children are in good hands..Couldn't of chosen a better place!!!!!...

  Winter Prom it's almost that time again!! My son has been apart of the Kindercare family since he was 6 weeks old. I'm a working mom and I wasn't really comfortable with anyone keeping my son at such a young age. He we be 6 years old this year and is still apart of the Kindercare family!! Thank you all so much for being the wonderful support that I needed and still need!!! 5 stars across the board

  Facility staff do not have alot of patient with children as they put off to the parent upon first enrolling. Often singling out certain children that they like and dislike.They will suspend your child weekly and or call you everyday with childish reports on your toddlers behavior. I witness them suspend a 1year old baby because the teacher was not supervising them and during discovery time he mistakenly scratched another infant face. They will still charge you weekly rates even after suspending Your child for weeks at a time. They will tell you that they understand that your child may be having difficult time coping, especially if you are going through new situations such as divorce or seperation. This is a lie. They lack understanding and often will make your situation worst and leaving you financially im debt. Ccdf provides reports that this center has not passed all inspections. Several parents and staff are allowed to come in and will stand at ccdf swipe machine smelling of strong cannabis. They charge additional weekly fees just for your child to walk across the hall into another class room. In the morning upon dropping children off they are often understaffed. You will often find the teachers playing on their cell phones on social media leaving children unsupervised for long periods of time. The director will place Your phone calls on speaker phone for her entire office staff to listen in on your confidential conversation and concerns.They ask you to fill out enrollment forms and do not follow Your child's allergy notes. I would not recommend this facility for the consistent care of Your child. My children were often unhappy upon being picked up. I started out happy with this facility unknowingly that they were over aged childish teenagers sitting behind computers who only concern is drawing out as much money out of your pocket as possible and often leaving you with out child care services. If you end up going here. Please document everything you say and sign with these people and keep a lawyer on stand by because if you decide to withdraw your child due to lack of professionalism they will charge you full rate just to disenroll or try to destroy Your credit with falsified delinquent reports. They want you to give them 2 weeks notice when disenrolling but when Your child is being treated poorly and suspended every other day of week its impossible to stick to their contract. After all yoi are the parent and if you don't feel your child is being treated well yoir not going to keep bringing them in for additional 2 weeks. Watch out for a rollercoaster ride with this woodland dr location. Also its kind of silly for the staff members judeia, breianna and tyeisha powell to comment on this google reviews. This is not for yall to 'appear' as customers to write a review..... I get it though your trying ro balance out the negative reviews you have gotten by having your office staff comment on this google review.
