  Yesterday I went to this daycare to inquire about enrollment for my son. I was getting out of the car, a girl with rainbow hair approached me to ask what I needed (we were at the parking lot!) I told her, and she replied, "I'm sorry, we don't have space available for another 3 or 4 months." Of course, just like any other daycare! As I was leaving, I saw her and another girl going out to smoke on the daycare corner. Completely unprofessional. Thank goodness they didn't even give me the chance to consider enrolling my son here because they offered poor service from the start.

  Erica is the best director. She communicates very well. Anything I need she is super helpful. Staff is also very attentive and friendly

  I’ve had problems with this daycare since day one. They have poor communication skills. No one wears a mask, they have the school age kids running the daycare. The assistant has poor communication skill. She lies and will make up things that are not true. They dont care for any of the kids there. Everything time I picked my kids up they were dirty, hungry, and uneducated. I’ve already complained to corporate and currently have an investigation going on. Never again! Kindercare has become so trashy, ever since hiring all the new people in there!
