At first things seemed fine posting pictures regularly like they said she seemed to be adjusting. After the first week things went downhill it became hard to contact them and they were severely understaffed causing a lack of communication and information from there to us. There was a scratching incident that occurred and I had ZERO communication from the daycare about it. There was no incident report the day of I called multiple times with no answer I finally got in touch with Natasha the director and she completely avoided anything to do with the incident. A lack of accountability and professionalism was clearly portrayed and we took our daughter out immediately. The staffing issue and lack of good communication played a major role in this decision.
