  Today was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced going to the school getting my hair washed I told the student my hair was tangled prior to sitting at the hair wash bowl I was told I was fine student barely washed and condition my hair went back to their workers station. Student proceeded to start combing out my hair. Students started getting frustrated. I told the student what needs to be done to get my hair to be untangled. Student debated with me student got the instructor she came over and explained to the student how to Detangle the hair. Teacher demonstrated to student how to detangle the hair teacher told student started a detangle my hair. She will be right back student did not Touch my hair so I asked student for the comb And I started combing it myself student was very rude. I have no customer service skills very bad attitude. Student attitude gave a little bit of racism to me. So I got up and I left with wet hair very dissatisfied

  Worst place ever for customer service. They should be welcoming and want students to come and attend their school. The owner was very rude and so was her assistant.. Was warned by several people who have went through the program, but had to find out for myself. TERRIBLE place.
