The facility is top-tier: 5/5 cleanliness, great class ratios, and clear evidence of ongoing upgrades (improved AC system, playground enhancements, parking lot updates). The owner, Harrison, is hands-on, approachable, and actively investing back into the school. The staff makes all the difference. Ms. Bri and Nadia in the front office are always welcoming and professional. My child's teacher, Ms. Mariana, is simply the best—so kind, caring, and dedicated to the kids. Because many staff members are parents themselves, they truly get what families need. My child adores Ms. Mariana and is genuinely excited to go to school every day. We love the frequent photo updates throughout the day and the fun bonus activity days. They say it takes a village to raise a kid, and this Primrose is officially a cherished part of ours. (Seriously, if more Fishers parents knew about this place, the local birth rate would probably go up!) If you're looking for an exceptional, diverse, and well-managed environment for your child, look no further.

Your child will come home with worsening diaper rash, you will never be updated throughout the day nor have access to cameras. Disgusting, terrible, and worrisome place to leave a child. This place should not be in business. Managers are extremely rude and disrespectful.
