  We switched our daughter to Primrose Fishers Station as soon as we found out it had been bought by the Bowman family and was being run by Amanda as we had an amazing experience with their school in Westfield at Grand Park. We have had such a great experience at Fishers station and have seen a positive change in our daughter in only a few short weeks. Her teachers, Ms. Jasant and Ms Amino, welcomed her so lovingly and it is obvious that she is relaxed, happy, and well cared for throughout the day. We have tried a couple other schools in the area since moving to Fishers a year ago and have struggled to find the right fit. We are beyond grateful for everyone at Primrose Fishers Station for finally being perfect for our daughter. It means the world to us to know she is happy and loved while we’re away.

  Two of my grandchildren attend Primrose. I am so happy that my daughter choose a place that my grandchildren can an attend that is a caring, nurturing, and safe environment. The teachers truly care, and I hear about what they are learning. I would certainly recommend Primrose.

  My child started at Primrose at 3 months old and was there through Pre-K. We had some amazing teachers that I am so grateful for, including some that still babysit for us. Ownership and administration are absolutely awful. They are deceitful, disrespectful, inconsiderate and incompetent. I would under no circumstances, recommend this school to anyone. As others have mentioned, things got really bad once the addition was complete - but it had been getting worse for years. While there were too many issues to address in this review, I will provide insight on safety concerns. 1. The classes were constantly out-of-ratio. Once the addition opened, it was nearly every day. When I brought it up with the Executive Director, she said that she talked to her Assistant and the class wasn't out of ratio. When I told her I witnessed it myself, she told me she would need proof - but that I was not allowed to take a picture of the class. I started stopping by the front desk in the morning and afternoon to tell them each time the class was out of ratio (newsflash: it was a lot). However, I wasn't able to notify someone in-person on each occasion, because there was oftentimes no one at the front desk. It was extremely worrisome knowing that at the busiest times of the day, there was no one watching students and their parents/guardians come in and out of the school. It was a HUGE safety issue. 2. The school uses an app, and up until the last few months my child was there, I would be notified every time my child was moved between classrooms. It was great, because I always felt good knowing exactly where she was. However, she started getting moved around A LOT, and after complaining (from me and other parents) about the amount of times she was moving, they turned off the part of the app that alerts parents when their child is moved. There were multiple times I went in to pick her up and she was in the THIRD classroom I went to - THIRD! When parents pushed back, administration first said it was an issue with the app. Then, it was because of an app update, but would be resolved. Then, when parents reached out to the app and confirmed there was no update, they finally fessed up - One of the members of the admin staff admitted that ownership told them to turn notifications to parents off because of the number of parent complaints they were receiving. I asked the Executive Director to be updated when my child was moved because I was concerned about their safety. She agreed to have someone on the staff call me any time she was moved. Guess what...they didn't call me each time she moved. SHOCKING, I know. When my child was in her first few years at the school, I got incident reports for everything. Even for the smallest things. Towards the end, there were multiple times she was injured and I didn't get an incident report, nor was I made aware that it even happened. On one occasion, my child's face was red with scratches on her forehead, nose and chin. I asked them what happened an nobody knew. How is that even possible? I want to iterate, that I totally understand kids get hurt. They're running, jumping, playing - it's going to happen. It's the fact that nobody recognized it / could give an explanation that was excruciatingly frustrating. Another time, when I was changing her for swim after picking her up, there was a giant rectangular bruise on her shoulder. I hadn't received an incident report, so I asked her what happened. She said she fell and hit a table and asked for ice but didn't get any. When I followed up with Primrose, all they had to say was that the teacher in the classroom at the time was a good teacher. I'm sure that the teacher was - I don't think it was a teacher issue - I think it was an out-of-ratio classroom issue, with a teacher trying to survive, while watching double the amount of students they're supposed to. This is only a small glimpse into our time at the school. There is so much more to tell. Please don't send your child here and please don't listen to their lies. Avoid Primrose Fishers Station at all costs.

  I can’t say enough about this school and it’s staff! First and foremost, they love my child as their own - each teacher (regardless of the class age) knows my child name and cares for her unconditionally. My child is also learning more than I ever could have imagined at her age. I find myself frequently saying “wow! I didn’t know you knew that already!” I know a lot of different families who send their kids to other schools and absolutely nothing compares to our Primrose family!
