  The teachers and staff here are amazing! My kids love it here and they have so much fun! The teachers are so nice and the kids were so quick to get attached to everyone. It's a fun place for them to learn to be around other kids, have fun days, do crafting and so much more. We love how helpful the teachers and staff are. The teachers are so kind that kids go right to them and have no problems, they take such good care of them I would recommend this center to everyone! Thank you!!

  Each employee is very respectful & caring. The teachers are so kind & patient! My little one adores daycare! I'm happy to have found a safe, fun & educational environment for my child to be cared for!

  If you care about your kids & have other options please don't take your kids to Kindercare or any daycare unless you know everything about it first. First off they are there only for $ and their aim is to increase their numbers so they can get more $. The problem is they are small center and there is not much going on except the fees being charged always for the bare minimum services your children are getting. Expect to be charged all sorts of fees. They have seasonal enrollment fees even when the child is enrolled already year around, they will charge you even if your child doesn't attend for any reason regardless, they will charge you until they can even when you stop taking your child there. The teachers are underpaid and overloaded which makes sense if the teachers can't care for every child. It's 1 teacher per 10 child. They are always switching classes on the kids so they can close classrooms with less children. Teachers come in to work while being sick b/c they are always short in teachers but it's not safe for the sick adult to be around small children. Your children will have bad days & will cry not wanting to go there because they are afraid of other kids being mean to them or physically abusing them. The site brushes it off as if it's normal & just have you sign an incident reports. There are no cameras in the room & if you see any they are not working. The bottom line is if you care about your children and got money to pay kindercare fees then take your kids somewhere better or hire a private nanny & put cameras to monitor everything.

  My son cried everytime I dropped him off, now that he is actually in a school he never has a problem going and LOVES school. Something happened here to make him not want to go so bad. There was a time I picked my son up and I saw one of the african american employees actually point her finger at a child yelling "go lay back down!" I thought was very uncalled for and unprofessional. I even called after leaving that day to report what I saw because I was so conserned, but they didn't seem to care. They don't watch the kids because my son was hit twice by another kid, I asked how can we prevent this since it's happened twice now, they got an attitude with me and said they do all they can. I don't even think they have cameras in the building/classrooms which is a must! I would never enroll any of my children here again.

  Being a first time mom, I had fears leaving my daughter in the daycare at 8 months old , but my experience at Kindercare e Riverside location has been phenomenal. They calmed my fears from day one and I couldn’t have put my daughter in a better place. She has blossomed in their care since then and she is almost 3 years old now. The atmosphere is neat and the teachers and members of staff genuinely care about the kids. I am grateful that my daughter is always in good hands in their care. I would recommend this center to anyone seeking to find child care for their kids. The center Director,Ms. Pam and her assistant, Ms. Sue perform an awesome job daily by making everyone feel important every day.
