- ADAndrea DusageMay 11, 20265.0I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with this Kindercare. Our child was there for roughly 4.5 years. Julie and Merinda (the directors) were always exceptional to work with. How can I put 4.5 years of experience with them into a review? In a nutshell, it’s this…good people, hire good people. People who truly care about your child, hire people that truly care about your child! We saw that time and time again in the teachers our child had throughout her time there. Building was always clean and I personally saw them disinfecting tables and toys many times at the end of the day, which was important to me. Our daughter not only thrived academically, but socially and emotionally as well. We moved and were so sad to leave the ones who had played such a positive roll in our daughter’s life. They will be truly missed.

- JDJoe DunoJan 30, 20181.0Never kept the legal student to teacher ratio. Daughter was abused, came home with bruises that looked like fingers on her forearm. Director of school denied that it happened at school. Few days later saw my child’s teacher abusing another child in a manner that would leave bruises on an arm. She was fired within next few days. When we left there was a current employee who would drag kids around my the wrist and yell at them. Nothing has been done about this after multiple complaints. Keep in mind these are 2-3 year olds and when you tell a 2 year old to go sit down, it might take them a minute to process. She would just grab the kid and forcefully sit them down. Also the main classroom leaders (teachers) are a revolving door. Some only lasting a few weeks, usually by the time my child got used to their teacher, we would find out teachers Leaving.
