  My niece and nephew have attended this KinderCare for the past few years, and our family has had a wonderful experience. The teachers and staff have always been caring, professional, and genuinely invested in the children. It’s been amazing to watch both kids grow, learn, and thrive in such a positive environment. As they prepare to move to another KinderCare because their mom accepted a position there and the family is relocating, we just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has been part of their journey. If you’re looking for a daycare where your children will be safe, supported, and encouraged to learn, I would highly recommend this center. We are very grateful for everything the staff has done for our family.

  Today is my children’s last day here, and it is definitely bittersweet. My daughter started here when she was just 4 months old and is now almost 2. My son started here at 4 years old and is now 6. As a COVID baby, this was his first daycare experience, and he transitioned from preschool to kindergarten here. From day one, the teachers, directors, and staff have been nothing but wonderful. Through every change and challenge, they have handled things with grace, professionalism, and genuine care. My children have learned, grown, thrived, and built so many wonderful memories here. As a parent, I have always felt comfortable leaving my children in their care. I knew they were safe, loved, and supported every day. The staff has always been approachable, communicative, and invested in helping my children succeed. The only reason we are leaving is because I have accepted a position at another KinderCare, and my children will be joining me there as our family prepares to move from Naperville. This decision has nothing to do with the quality of care we have received here—it has simply been the best choice for our family’s next chapter. As we prepare to transition, I realize just how much this center has shaped my expectations for quality childcare. The level of care, learning, communication, and support we received here is exactly what every family hopes to find. I am writing this simply because I genuinely believe it. If you are considering enrolling your child here, I truly believe they will be in wonderful hands. Thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey. We will always be grateful for the love, care, and dedication you’ve shown our family.

  The river road kindercare has been apart of my family for over 12 years. This is the only daycare I feel safe to leave my kids, this is the only daycare my kids ever attended. The main thing I love about this center is the communication, they are always on top of anything I need to know. Ms Triana, Ms Emily & Ms Linda always give me updates on my daughter, from if she had a good nap to her using the potty all day and always give me tips on how to continue with the potty schedule at home. They are the reason she has transitioned to pull-ups… I can’t forget to mention Ms Lindsey or Mr Kris for always taking care of anything I need pertaining to my account, they also never let any questions I have be put off. I do not mind driving 25 minutes extra everyday, it’s so worth it to me and my sanity!

  My daughter has thrived at River Road KinderCare since she started in the infants class, she’s been meeting developmental milestones and have transition smoothly into the toddler program. The teachers are patient, caring, and intentional, especially in supporting language development and fine motor skills. Communication with families is excellent, and the app updates with photos and videos are a great bonus. Overall, the staff does a wonderful job, and I’m proud to have my child as a KinderCare kid at River Road KinderCare.

  This daycare is a wonderful place with kind and caring people. The director ms Khris and Lindsey is very pleasant and always approachable, and the teachers are truly amazing🥰professional, warm, and attentive to the children. I feel completely confident that my kids are in safe and loving hands here. I’m very grateful for everything they do.
