From the moment we walked in and met Ms. Jennifer and the team, we felt welcomed and knew that our child was in a caring and supportive environment. The teachers are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and it’s clear how much they genuinely care about each child and their personalities. It really does take a village. Our child has grown so much in confidence, independence, and social skills, and we’re so grateful for all the encouragement and support along the way. The preschool provides a wonderful balance of learning, play, creativity, and fun, while making sure they feel safe, valued, and comfortable being themselves. One thing that has particularly impressed us is how well they prepare children for kindergarten. Our child is already exceeding many of the basic kindergarten readiness skills, thanks to the engaging learning activities and the dedication of the teachers (thank you PreK2). The balance of academics, creativity, play, and social development has given our child a strong foundation and a real love of learning. We would wholeheartedly recommend this Primrose to any family looking for a warm, nurturing, and genuinely caring place for their child to learn and grow. Thank you 🙏
- TWTori WNov 18, 20245.0My son has thrived at Primrose since the day he started. We had been to a couple daycares before this, and I could tell he never truly felt comfortable. We have been at primrose for less than 2 weeks and he already walks into his class with no tears and excited to go! His language has also truly flourished since he started. It makes heart happy to see how happy and loved he is. The communication through the app is top notch as well. I receive several pictures throughout the day of activities he is Participating it. Overall, I cannot recommend anywhere more. What they promise, is what you get!

Not only did they fail to deliver the best and most trusted early education and care for my daughter they failed to keep her safe. I had several encounters with sanitation and now with injury. They failed my daughter now once not twice but several times. The last straw was them not evening knowing how my daughter fell and hit her head on a sharp object and needed to get 3 stitches from it when they went to give me a story on how it happened they all had something different stories to tell. How is it that nobody knows exactly what happen. I believe they are racist here please be very careful when leaving your children here this place needs to be reevaluated and needs better staff. Danger zone! I would give a 0 stars but that’s not an option
