  The teachers are nice, but in the time that I used to go there, you learn NOTHING. They teach you basics, and then you stay doing those until you go to somewhere else.

  Would NOT refund my money for camp not offered. Do NOT recommend. This company cancelled my son’s Rock Camp with two days notice before a long weekend since he was the only child enrolled. They offered me a “Glee Club” as an alternative which is not anywhere near the equivalent service for a Rock Band camp. The manager Hannah Rednour did NOT respond to my voicemail and it was only until I emailed asking for a refund that she told me they DON’T OFFER REFUNDS and she instead had “credited my Bach to Rock” account” so we can take a different camp “another time.” For busy professional parents in Naperville who book summer plans months in advance do NOT book here or rely on this company for guaranteed summer activities for your child. Very disappointed in the attitude this company decided to take rather than make this situation right and refund my money. It’s not like we are regular clients for music lessons and have flexibility to go back all summer. Now I’m left to dispute the charge with my credit card company for undelivered services since they cancelled the camp.

  We joined Bach to Rock in January. My son loved it and we were very impressed with the curriculum. Every employee we met at the desk was knowledgeable and interesting to talk to. My son consistently has the same teacher every week and if the teacher isn’t available, we are given the option of using a sub or making up the class with his regular teacher at another time. All of this is fantastic and my son is learning at a great pace. The truly impressive part is how they responded to the pandemic and stay at home orders. Their response was swift and full of communication! They never stopped reaching out and making sure we were always on the same page. Freddie, my son’s piano teacher gave fully comprehensive lessons via zoom. I was worried that it may not work using that platform, but I was wrong. The program was great and we never missed a beat! In fact, it was so great that we added guitar for my son. His guitar teacher was able to teach him through zoom as well and I’ve been shocked at his progress, especially since he has never had an in person lesson. This is 100% because of the Bach to Rock program and their wonderful teachers. The management team has been amazing in guiding a worried parent through this process and I cannot thank them enough. I’m grateful that my son has had Bach to Rock and his instruments to keep him engaged and active during this time. I highly recommend Bach to Rock! THANK YOU!!!!
