- AAAnais3 days ago1.0Unprofessional customer service. Called to reschedule a lesson, and Aaron answered. While I was speaking, he placed me on hold mid-sentence. After keeping me waiting, he came back on the line and said, "I'm sorry about that, I didn't know anybody was on the line." Very disappointed in the lack of courtesy and basic attentiveness.

B2R has amazing teachers and instructors for music teaching, and Ben is one of the best! From day 1 to this day, they have never ever canceled a class, been late or anything like that! My son has achieved a lot, and he is now a confident young piano player all thanks to their effort! Highly recommend!

This company cancelled my son’s Rock Camp with two days notice before a long weekend since he was the only child enrolled. They offered me a “Glee Club” as an alternative which is not anywhere near the equivalent service for a Rock Band camp. The manager Hannah Rednour did NOT respond to my voicemail and it was only until I emailed asking for a refund that she told me they DON’T OFFER REFUNDS and she instead had “credited my Bach to Rock” account” so we can take a different camp “another time.” For busy professional parents in Naperville who book summer plans months in advance do NOT book here or rely on this company for guaranteed summer activities for your child. Very disappointed in the attitude this company decided to take rather than make this situation right and refund my money. It’s not like we are regular clients for music lessons and have flexibility to go back all summer. Now I’m left to dispute the charge with my credit card company for undelivered services since they cancelled the camp.
