  My experience with this childcare center was disappointing due to ongoing disorganization and lack of professionalism. Communication was unclear, and the overall structure did not feel consistent or well-managed. I also had concerns about staff patience and the learning environment, which did not meet my expectations for a childcare setting. Based on what I observed, I would not recommend this center to parents seeking a structured and supportive environment for their children.

  It’s been almost a year that my son has started going to this daycare, he is very excited to go center everyday and have fun with his friends and teachers. Teachers have been very kind and supportive. I can see a lot of growth in him already, learning colors, shapes, weather and dancing jumps. They helped him with potty training too! So, I recommend any children to enroll in this center because they not only provide best care but also create a safe, educative and enjoyable environment.

  We’ve had an amazing experience with KinderCare in Mount Prospect! Our son started in the Infant classroom and is now in Discovery Preschool. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly warm, professional, and supportive. They truly make each child feel seen, safe, and excited to learn. Our son has blossomed in this program—gaining confidence, building friendships, and developing early academic skills through a fun, hands-on curriculum. The teachers are so patient and genuinely passionate about what they do. They encourage creativity, independence, and kindness every single day. The center itself is clean, secure, and very well-organized. We love getting daily updates and photos through the app—it gives us peace of mind and shows us how engaged and happy our son is. Choosing Mount Prospect KinderCare was one of the best decisions we've made. If you’re looking for a program that truly cares about your child’s growth and happiness, we highly recommend this one!

  My child has been going to Kindercare in Mount Prospect and I give this facility a 10 star! The teachers and staff are all so kind and treat these children like they are their own child! This is our second family and I am so happy to choose this daycare!!! I highly recommend this facility!!!! You definitely will love it!!! Thank you kindercare for all you do!!!!

  I have been here for about 3 years, and Mrs. Shamika is THE BEST director she is professional, the sweetest person and most importantly she cares !! Not only does she go above and beyond for the kids and parents, but she also tries to make events including us in everything! I love how comfortable my daughter is here and how she is learning so well she actually started potty training here and the teachers were EXCELLENT helping her transition. I have NEVER had any issues here and I'm honestly going to be sad having to leave when my daughter starts kindergarten.
