This place sucks. Read the reviews before coming here. I should've followed the steps of my classmates and dropped out of Lincoln tech. They Only care about getting money out of you. You're better off paying less at community college.

My experience with Lincoln Tech was disappointing and felt disorganized from the very beginning. After requesting information, I was met with what felt like a high-pressure sales approach. They repeatedly pushed for a Teams call, and it seemed like enrollment was almost automatic once you showed interest. On the first day, there was a long wait—up to two hours—while staff sorted out attendance and enrollment details. The process included taking photos, reviewing financial aid status, touring the facility, and receiving tools, but it lacked structure and efficiency. If your name wasn’t on the sign-in sheet, you either had to wait for someone to drop out or be rescheduled. Communication between departments is a major issue. The admissions and financial aid offices often provide conflicting information, which makes the process confusing and frustrating. The school promotes job placement, but it felt like they were more focused on placing students in any job rather than meaningful career opportunities in their field. The overall environment also raised concerns. Student behavior often felt more like a high school setting, with people wandering the halls and not following the dress code, which didn’t seem to be enforced. Attendance is tracked through an app called CourseKey, where students scan QR codes, but missing a scan results in being marked absent, regardless of circumstances. Additionally, communication from the school included frequent automated or “robotic” text messages, which didn’t feel helpful or personal. Overall, I recommend exploring other options before committing here. Better organization, clearer communication, and a more professional environment would go a long way in improving the experience. There is free Parking if you get there early

Great school, the staff really cares about the future of the students, and they're not just there for the check. I graduated 2 months ago and I'm already in the field.
