During that time, we were given an opportunity to be part of the KinderCare family when others might not have been able to accommodate us due to medical diagnoses—and that meant everything to us. We are still currently clients, and now my oldest will be graduating from the school-age program due to age, which makes this moment very bittersweet for our family. The level of communication, the essential training their staff receives, and their willingness to go above and beyond have truly made a difference for us. My children have significant medical needs, including epilepsy and hypoglycemia, and knowing they are in an environment where staff are attentive, informed, and proactive gives me so much peace of mind. They consistently look out for what’s best for my children, and it shows in the care and compassion they provide every single day. If you are looking for reliable childcare with trusted staff who treat your children like their own, I highly recommend KinderCare.

The teachers are engaging and caring. The center is always clean and the office staff always has a smile on their faces they are quick to help if needed. I was worried about how she will fit in a new place during these weird times of restrictions, teachers with facemasks and saying goodbye at the door to walk in a completely unfamiliar classroom. But the teachers and staff really made it comfortable for her. She always came back with excited tales about things they made and hugs she got when she fell down. Teachers were also very responsive and receptive about any questions and suggestions I had about her day there. They always post lot of pictures, sometimes videos which is my only visual window to her day. I will recommend this center to anyone who needs the help, especially during these trying times.
