- BSBecky SearApr 14, 20265.0As a new mom, I was incredibly nervous about leaving my baby for the first time, but Ms. Tanya and Ms. Holly in the infant room made the transition so much easier than I ever expected. They showed genuine care not only for my daughter, but for me as well keeping me updated with frequent communication and giving my baby so much love and attention throughout the day. It means everything to see how happy my daughter is there. She truly lights up when we walk into the room and gets excited to see her teachers and the other kids. That kind of environment is so reassuring as a parent. I’m so grateful to have such caring, attentive teachers. They’ve made a huge difference for our family.
- DKDonna KawarNov 6, 20251.0Our family had the worst experience with Glen Ellyn KinderCare. I had to remove my daughter from this daycare completely last year after a very upsetting incident. My concerns were reported to the corporate office, but I’ve decided to finally share this publicly after my daughter recently reminded me again of what happened. My daughter was hit by a teacher after she had an accident and didn’t make it to the bathroom in time. Even worse, the teacher asked the whole class to look at her and laugh because of it. My daughter still remembers this incident vividly, even though it happened last year. For a child to carry that memory so clearly says everything about how traumatic it was for her. The environment, the service, and everything people describe in the positive reviews mean nothing when a little girl is treated this way. No child should ever experience being humiliated and hurt in a place that’s supposed to be safe and caring.
