  I am a first time mom and I needed to find a day care that not only I trusted and felt comfortable with, but that was close to work and affordable. Out of the many daycares I contacted and visited, this Kindercare was the best! Specifically because Amber the center director and her staff. Unfortunately, my significant other did not feel comfortable with the transition, so we had decided to un-enroll her. It truly makes me so sad, because I know my daughter could have excelled here. She was always in good care, I love that she would be around other children and able to learn and try new foods. The app they have allows you to view updates throughout the day or the ability to send a message which is so great! Highly recommend this location. It is clean, ample amount of parking, open-door policy to check on the kiddos (if choose to), great curriculum, great food options (breakfast, snack, lunch) and again great customer service.

  My daughter has been at this KinderCare since she was an infant. She is currently in the Discovery Preschool classroom. She has always been happy with her teachers and she’s always well taken care of. I get lots of updates about her day with the KinderCare App, with information such as diaper changes, what she ate during the day, what she’s learning about, and I get picture updates as well. My daughter and I were immediately welcomed and treated as if we were part of the family, and that’s what this KinderCare’s environment feels like. Sarah and Dee have done a great job of reopening the center after it closed because of COVID and have done a great job with keeping things running smoothly. The center has done a great job of making sure they are following the IDPH CDC recommendations and enforcing mask-wearing for ages 2+. I feel as those the staff at this center genuinely care about my child and her well-being and I would highly recommend this KinderCare to anyone looking to send their child to a KinderCare center in the area.

  I’m surprised at all the bad reviews here, and disagree with them all. We’ve been bringing our 9 year old son here since we moved in to the area three years ago. The staff has been very attentive and the grounds are clean and secure. The school age children have a different activity every day throughout the summer, including field trips to sports games and nature centers. They also get fed a nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snack. My only criticism is that it gets too loud for my son at times, and he needs to go to a calming spot to block out the noise. Overall this is a welcoming place with friendly staff interested in interacting with the children.

  I started taking my daughter at the highland facility 2 years ago. When i enrolled her again this year i was pleased to find out they walked my daughter to and from school every day. I've grown to know all of the employees through time spent there picking and dropping off my daughter, and from her myself. Now my daughter is still there (she is 5 now), and my new daughter (8 months old) has been there a few months now. These are people who care about the children emotionally and physically. I wouldn't refer anyone anywhere else. It's somewhere i trust leaving my babies with, and that's hard to find.
