  My daughter was being bitten daily for a week by the same child. Bite marks that broke skin. I called crying out of rage that they still let this kid play alone with my daughter and of course she got bit again. That same child bit the directors child one time and they finally removed the kid. Funny how they take it seriously when its her own kid right? My daughter was also pushed to the floor by a worker here because she was shooing her away. She didn't see that I was standing behind her. My daughter fell and cried and the worker just stood there, didn't go to help her up or comfort her. I grabbed her and left and ever since then that worker was rude to me. I was definitely treated poorly by some of the women for being young. Another parent was smoking weed in the parking lot and when I brought it up to them they did not a single thing. The mom drove her kids home high. These workers are mandated reporters. They did nothing to ensure the future safety of those kids. Edited to add: The workers were also CONSTANTLY on their phones. Everytime I came in multiple heads buried in their screens EVERY DAY. This was a few years ago. Hopefully there's new, more compassionate and more appropriate staff.

  I have 2 kids at KinderCare Berkshire! my oldest has been there since he was a fresh 3yr old with Miss Amber... Fastforward 4 years later and Miss Amber is preparing to have my youngest start in her class! This "daycare facility" has become our second family and my childrens "Safe Haven". Our family has gone though a lot of change over the years and the amazing staff here has truly helped us all... EVERY step of the way! I base my next move off of the face that my kids will still be coming here for after school. As a mom, I am beyond thankful for this amazing batch of humans who love my kids as their own when I am not there. THANK YOU KINDERCARE FOR OUR SUPERHERO STAFF!! Keep it up Mrs. K and Staff!!!   Kindercare has been such a tremendous help with before and after school care for me. I am extremely grateful their flexibility. Highly recommended!

  Super friendly staff that really care for my boys like their own. Mrs. Kim is super awesome and always keeps me up to date with anything going on with the center, my boys, or classroom activities. Super clean. My boys never want to leave, but when they do everyone gets hugs. They also make sure that bus schedules during the school year get cleared and explained so there is never a problem or missed pickup or dropoff. Thank you everyone!!
