  My children literally love this place I love the people they are very respectful nice absolutely love the fact that I get these emails of what they doing what are they eating how are they sleeping First time my daughter ever told me that she liked the kids and people she around keep up the good work You guys doing a good job.

  My daughter is in the toddler room. She really enjoys going to daycare! We get lots of videos of her playing which we appreciate! The staff are very responsive and caring.

  Excellent daycare! I have been bringing my soon to be two year old here since she was four months old. She loves is so much and her teachers are basically family at this point. The only negative is that the drop-off parking situation is not managed. There is a long area in front of the daycare that is reserved for parents-15 minute loading zone from 6:30a-6:30p. However, often it is used for parking for local businesses or the next door apartments. Kindercare should be conscious and report cars that are there for hours. I have been ticketed because there was no space for me to park to pick-up my child in the designated area.

  My "son" is currently in the toddler room and I cannot express how happy we are with our decision to have him attend this daycare. He has only been there a couple of months but, my husband and I knew from day one that it was the absolute best place for him. Our little guy is so happy and he loves his friends and teachers. He is always so excited to go in the morning and sometimes doesn't want to leave at the end of the day! We love the updates and pictures during the day. And, we get to see how much fun he is having. Thank you to all the staff. Especially during this time. We appreciate you all!!! The King Family

  The staff at South Loop Kindercare have been warm and welcoming from the first day we went in to inquire about daycare for our son. He started at 8 months and has been in the infant room. The teachers have all been wonderful - they let us know of any issues and what he’s been up to day to day. They truly seem to care about my son and even teachers and staff who don’t directly work in his room know his name. I’m grateful for the level of care they provide for my son and I’m able to drop him off every day knowing he’s in great hands.
