  My experience at this school was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to other students, especially Arab or Muslim students. I personally felt that I was treated unfairly by one of the instructors, Mr. Lee, who is Korean. In my experience, after he knew that I was Arab and Muslim, I felt that the way I was treated changed. I ended up failing his class. I accepted the result and moved forward, but unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. I had to leave the country because of an emergency in my home country. Before leaving, I contacted Andrea Francis by email and explained my situation. When I returned, I discovered that I had been removed from the school. I later received a bill for $1,169 that I was expected to pay because of being withdrawn from the school. What is especially frustrating is that these financial consequences were not clearly explained to me when I originally enrolled. A friend of mine experienced something very similar after failing the same instructor’s class, and he was told that he owed around $3,000. Students deserve transparency about tuition, withdrawal policies, failing a class, and any financial consequences before enrolling. These things should be clearly explained from the beginning, not after a student is already committed. I will not stay silent about what happened to me. Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering this school ask detailed questions in writing about withdrawal policies, academic dismissal, and all possible financial obligations before enrolling. I personally regret my experience here and believe students should carefully research other schools before making a commitment.

  I as a mother to my son am so happy that my son made a great choice to this school my son I going into his fourth month and he actually likes it he learned so much yet he says coming testing he's about to 💩his pants lol but we as parents encourage him and let him know your a smart cookie you can do it , AND THE BOOM 💥 HE PASSED his finals. We so proud of him and he is dedicated to keep going forward our course we will be here for any support he needs. I don't mind any kind of payment cause I hear from him the instructors are there to help and hands on . So going forward thank you to everyone. My son will graduate and complete now end of August going into September and the next 6 months. We are truly grateful to this school. 🙏🩷👍🫶

  My experience at AIM was very disappointing. I attended class regularly, but I failed Block 4 even though I believe I met the requirements. I also saw students with poor attendance pass, which made the grading process seem inconsistent and unfair. In my experience, if you disagree or have an argument with an instructor, it can negatively affect your grades. I personally felt that I was failed in Block 4 without being given a clear reason. Based on my experience, I felt that unequal treatment and discrimination still exist at this school. Repeating a block also means paying additional tuition out of your own pocket.

  My Experience at the Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) I enrolled at the Aviation Institute of Maintenance with the goal of becoming an FAA-certified Aviation Maintenance Technician. I began my studies in November and successfully completed the General course. I invested a significant amount of time, effort, and money into my education because I wanted to build a career in aviation. My experience changed during Block 6. Throughout this course, I felt that I was treated differently from other students by my instructor. On several occasions, the instructor handed documents or materials to the rest of the class while excluding me. When I attempted to ask questions or request help, I was sometimes told “no” and was not given the same level of assistance that other students appeared to receive. These experiences made me feel discouraged and concerned that I was not being treated fairly. I attended class regularly and did not exceed the school’s attendance limit. I completed my assignments and my project to the best of my ability. At the end of Block 6, I received a failing grade. I was surprised by this result because I believed I had completed the required work. After receiving the failing grade, I gathered the evidence I had available, including photographs and information from classmates who were willing to support my account. I submitted this information to the school administration and asked for my case to be reviewed. I hoped that the school would conduct a fair and impartial investigation into my concerns. Despite my efforts, I was informed that the evidence I provided was not sufficient, and my request did not lead to a resolution. As a result, I was told that I would need to repeat Block 6 at an additional cost of approximately $2,700. Considering that my total educational cost is approximately $54,000, this created a significant financial burden. This experience affected my confidence in the fairness of the evaluation process. My goal was never to avoid responsibility or receive special treatment. I only wanted my work and my concerns to be reviewed fairly and objectively. I remain proud of the effort I put into my education and grateful for the knowledge I gained. However, because my concerns were not resolved to my satisfaction, I ultimately decided that withdrawing from the program was the best decision for me. I hope that by sharing my experience, the school will carefully review its procedures to ensure that every student is treated with fairness, respect, and equal opportunity regardless of background or personal circumstances
