- SASabrina ArceMay 2, 20263.0I have been with Kindercare for about 4 years. This place has nice teachers but the pay is super expensive especially for a single mother of one. I have to pay a steep monthly bill knowing a few times i needed a payment arrangement so I won’t be back tracked and charged double if I miss a payment. Which was the worst. After completing the payment arrangement they sent a letter stating the kids will be charged for a summer program which at the point was optional. A week passed and they mandatory added the extra $150 to my account now I am forced to pay something I can not afford. I spoke to Amber the director and she did not offer any help just kept saying we can not leave any children out but I understand that what I do not understand is how can I pay something I can not afford. Once again good teacher but super expensive

And let me tell you even before the pandemic they shown me the safety of the children is very seriously. The education and care of this place uphold the highest and professionalism. The teachers are reliable and show empathy with my son. I highly recommend sending your child.
