  Director is terrible with communication and extremely immature!! Daycare is like a high school!! Not professional at all!! Thought I was covered by childcare assistance which they said I was but found I was being charged every week after being there for a couple months. They let our son’s face be covered in snot all day and he always came home in wet clothes. They refused to suck out or clean his nose. He was just a 2 month old baby. He always seemed really unhappy. I keep my son home with me now because I can’t stand daycare centers like this. I tried to calling several times to see how my son was doing throughout the week and they refused to call me back making me worry. They also never helped me get access to their app the entire time we were there. I would never recommend for anyone to bring their child here. Kids are just another number & paycheck to them!!

  We cannot express how much we adore the team at the West Des Moines KinderCare. Our son has been attending since he was 3. He is 5 now. The teachers care about the kids and the families and do everything to ensure their safety and well-being. They provide an incredible curriculum and my son has flourished well beyond our expectations. They take the time to work with each child and create fun lesson plans to engage the kids. Every day we drop him off there are never tears! The entire team- from the Director April, Assistant Director Lauren to Ms Amanda & the other teachers- goes above and beyond. We trust them 100% and know that they treat my son with the utmost respect and caring that we could ever ask for. We are very grateful to have found such a wonderful school for our son.

  Our daughter attends the infant room and we love the teachers. As first time parents they helped us feel welcomed and know our daughter is well cared for. They also always patiently answer our many questions!

  I have two kids that attend WDM Kindercare and I could not be happier with the level of care my children receive. The staff are friendly and truly care about the kids they care for. My daughter loves going to school and has learned so much during her time at this center. I love that Kindercare changes their learning curriculum on a regular basis to keep the kids interested and engaged. I also love that they offer a variety of healthy meals and snacks throughout the day. The staff updates the app regularly with meals, naps, bathroom breaks, photos and videos. I cannot imagine sending my kids anywhere else in the area. I trust the staff at this center and know they are doing a great job. Thank you WDM Kindercare!
