    Director is terrible with communication and extremely immature!! Daycare is like a high school!! Not professional at all!! Thought I was covered by childcare assistance which they said I was but found I was being charged every week after being there for a couple months. They let our son’s face be covered in snot all day and he always came home in wet clothes. They refused to suck out or clean his nose. He was just a 2 month old baby. He always seemed really unhappy. I keep my son home with me now because I can’t stand daycare centers like this. I tried to calling several times to see how my son was doing throughout the week and they refused to call me back making me worry. They also never helped me get access to their app the entire time we were there. I would never recommend for anyone to bring their child here. Kids are just another number & paycheck to them!!

    The people at this Location are very friendly I could’ve given a five star but my son keep getting hurt by his friends or classmates so that’s why I took 1 start off but everything else is overall. Will recommend

    WORST DAY CARE EVER! Do not enroll your kids here! The center has inadequate teacher to child ratio. High teacher Turnover which directly impacts children and families. Almost every other day parents would receive email requests to leave their children at home. If you are a working parent and rely on your child’s day care to go to work to earn a living and you have to deal with the uncertainty of last minute request to leave your child at home, which impacts your relationship at work as well. Additionally, parents would get calls requesting to pick up children from school do to behavior. WHAT DO YOU THINK is causing your child’s behavior? Inadequate teacher to child ratio!

    Our boys were enrolled in kindercare last year and I have to say that I couldn’t be happier with their program and stuff. The dedication and the level of communication we receive is the best. I love the curriculum and how the staff flex to their children and what they need. I would highly recommend them for any family needing care.
