They lost paperwork that was turned in two weeks in advance failed to misinform the parents of the high activities fee when they're still receiving child care assistance I dont get it. literally had my daughter in tears because all she wanted to do was play and it was an error on their end because they lost the paperwork. Everybody telling something different its just messy I was here new to Iowa and after that day My daughter never went back and I will never recommend KINDER CARE SW to no one I just hope the other kinder Cares isnt like this one on SW. Brudette road Especially when the director is the one thats unprofessional
