  Why KINDERCARE ORALABOR failed my children and will also fail yours. Over the last several months my child was abused by their prek teacher while in their care. They only placed her on an administrative leave pending investigation following the active DHS case that was placed against her. My child has experienced emotional and physical trauma from this center on a daily basis. Both the director and assistant director have gone out of their way to alienate my child. They have continued to retaliate against my family to the point where we are no longer welcome there because they are “uncomfortable” giving my child any attention. They have sent my child home almost daily for the last month because they are not trained to deal with any behavior. They do this to other children who are outside the norm and will continue to. They claim they are diverse but they do not care about your children. The management continually talks bad about their staff and the parents behind their backs. They sit on their phones all day answering personal phone calls and FaceTimes. They will lie to fit their own agenda. They did not allow my child to be dropped off yesterday following being sent home the day prior because according to them that’s part of their action plan. Don’t worry we are still being charged for care that’s not provided. We have officially ended care with this company today following us putting in a two week notice yesterday. They did not allow my children to drop off today and considered them unwelcome. So if you want a center that’s going to love and care about your kids then DO NOT go here. If you want a safe place to send your kids, DO NOT go here. Some of the teachers are great but the management has made them all want to leave. So do yourself a favor and leave while you can. If I could give them zero stars I would.

  I've recently started taking my 4 month old son to this center. Not only is it a great fa ility but everyone that works there have been super great. My little man has had an ear infection twice since starting day are and the staff have been so supportive thru it. Making sure he's sitting up while eating and giving lots of cuddles when he doesn't want to be out down. I feel like he's the star of the show ever say he's there. During daily activities or play time, the staff post pictures to his report so I get to see him even when I'm at work. We were one of the lucky ones that got in super quick when I was beating the end of my maternity leave which was also A plus. I would highly recommend this center to anyone that was looking. Not only do they have a great outdoor play area, but an indoor gym for when the weather isn't so great. We've had a pretty testing few months with the crazy weather that's come thru as well and never once did I worry my little man wasn't safe or cared for. The enrollment process is easy and weekly payment for daycare is super simple plus they take state assistance and helped me thru the who process. Just want to give a big thank you to everyone who works there!

  I love this place, the way they take care of the children, the staff is very loving, they make them feel at home, I am very grateful for the way they take care of my children, thank you ☺️☺️☺️😍🥰🥰🥰🥰
