  Emma is an excellent massage therapist. She is professional, attentive, and takes the time to understand which areas need the most attention. She applies the right amount of pressure and creates a comfortable, relaxing experience from beginning to end. I am feeling noticeably better and would highly recommend her!

  It was my first time here, and I was with Elizabeth for a 60 minute Swedish massage. The professionalism and care is amazing, very peaceful, and overall the same as a seasoned salon. I left refreshed and like a new person. Definitely stop by if you have the time, and you can’t beat the prices!

  I had a wonderful experience receiving a Swedish massage by April. Very professional and personable. She listened to my needs and worked her magic. Best massage I have had in a very long time. I highly recommend here. Also, Debbie was fantastic at getting me sign in and explaining the process. A great all around experience.

  I had a 60-minute Swedish massage with Emma K today and really enjoyed it! She had a great, confident flow throughout the massage. Everything felt smooth and never rushed or choppy, and her pressure was just right. She was professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She really takes pride in what she is doing. I would definitely recommend Emma and would book with her again!

  Had my first massage at Alpha today, and the experience was amazing! The greeter was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. I booked the deep tissue massage with Lucas and highly recommend him. He checked in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure felt right and that I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. The massage itself was incredible. He worked on the areas I’d mentioned, but also found places holding tension that I didn’t even realize were there I’ve had a “deep tissue” massage at another place in Carrollwood before, but my experience here was so much better. Lucas was intentional about addressing the areas that were bothering me and took the time to really focus on what my body needed, rather than just going through the motions. He has an incredible ability to find and work through areas of tension while still maintaining the perfect balance of pressure and gentleness. I honestly walked out feeling better than I have in years
