Our Toddler program and classroom environments encourage children to explore and discover the world around them through the use of all their senses, bodies, and curious minds. Teachers are sensitive to children’s interests and varied levels of development. Children’s need to play and explore are fostered through carefully planned hands-on, play based activities and a wide range of resources. Classroom dynamics, setup and schedules allow individual attention as well as small and large group learning.

Our Pre-K 2 program and classroom environments encourage independence and growth. Significant change occurs in the language, physical, cognitive and socio-emotional development at this age. Our Teachers carefully combine our nationwide recognized curriculum with their own expertise and creativity to support development through carefully planned activities. Our daily schedule allows time for group learning as well as individual experiences. Children’s natural need to interact with each other is stimulated through dramatic play and games and their creativity is fostered through a wide range of tools and materials.

Our Pre-K 3 program and classroom environments offer a wide variety of activities focused on helping children develop basic understanding of important academic concepts through fun and engaging ways. Teachers carefully combine our nationwide recognized curriculum with their own creativity and expertise in order to facilitate self-directed practices as well as small and large group learning.

Our Pre-K 4 program and classroom environments offer a wide variety of materials and resources to prepare your child for Kindergarten through hands-on activities that promote exploration, investigation, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Our school curriculum and teacher creativity come together to offer children the stimulation they need in cognitive, physical, language and socio-emotional development. Our Pre-K 4 classrooms include learning centers that promote individual as well as small group learning.

Our Art program is focused on stimulating children’s individual creativity through a wide range of open-ended art materials and age appropriate activities. Children explore and use these materials to create while discovering elements of color, line, shape, form, and texture.

Our Music program exposes children to the enjoyment of exploring a wide range of instruments. It also exposes them to sounds and rhythms from cultures around the world through fun and engaging weekly classes.

Through our Physical Education program, children participate in weekly classes, carefully planned to stimulate their physical and overall development through fun, playful, and age appropriate activities and materials.

Our STEAM program focuses on exposing children to activities that consist of combining multiple disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math). STEAM activities encourage and promote observation, research, reasoning and problem solving skills.

Our Gardening program is designed to give our Pre-k 3 and Pre-k 4 students the opportunity to experience the plant life cycle through weekly visits to the school garden. Students will learn about the basic role of soil in our diet and health and will develop an early understanding of the importance of caring for and nurturing our planet.

Early Care Hours: 7:00am to 8:40am After School Care Hours: 4:00pm to 6:00pm Key Point Aventura’s educational early/after school care complements formal education with engaging and fun learning experiences in its program. The program combines guidance and security with independent exploration to provide children with the freedom and structure they need. Our program offers children a fun and educational environment with a great variety of activities. Hands-on teachers supervise children as they from through various interest areas.

Hours: 4:00 to 4:45pm All children whether they are a Key Point student or not, are welcome to participate in our Fun Spot After School Program. Your child will have fun, learn, explore, and develop their own unique talents. Ballet This artistic dance will help your children express themselves and tell a story through the music. It develops great posture and grace, and who can resist the little “tu-tus”? Karate This discipline will teach your kids balance, coordination, respect for each other, and agility.
