  Excellent daycare. The teachers and staff are very friendly. The facilities are clean and modern. The parking is covered and spacious. Excelente guardería. Los maestros y el personal son muy amables. Las instalaciones son limpias y modernas. El estacionamiento esta bajo techo y es amplio.

  My experience with Primrose Daycare has been very positive overall. My son has been attending since the center first opened, so I’ve been able to see how things have grown and changed over time. Like any place, there have been some adjustments and transitions as the school developed, but overall the experience for my family has remained great. One thing I really appreciate is the communication. The staff does a wonderful job keeping parents informed about our toddlers—whether it’s updates about their day, incidents, or any specific needs they may have. It gives me peace of mind knowing that the teachers and staff are attentive and willing to communicate openly. Recently, I also enrolled my 7-month-old, and the teachers in the infant room have been exceptional. What made the transition even more comforting is that many of the teachers were previously part of my toddler’s class, so we were already familiar with them and trusted their care. They are patient, nurturing, and clearly experienced with young children. The school also does a great job creating a fun environment for the kids with holiday parties, parades, and special activities throughout the year. It really helps build a sense of community and excitement for the children. My only real dislike is that they don’t take the kids on field trips. It would be nice for the children to have those opportunities for outside learning experiences as they get older. Overall, I’m grateful for the care and attention my children receive at Primrose. The teachers and staff truly make a difference, and it has been a positive place for my kids to grow and learn.

  We can’t say enough good things about Primrose at the Parks. The staff and all the teachers are caring, kind, and knowledgeable. Our daughter has moved up through the school since she was a young infant. In all of her classrooms, the teachers have provided an exceptional level of care. They make sure our daughter is loved and actively learning while we are at work. The staff is accessible and communicative. They listen to parents’ needs, answer questions, and are quickly responsive to concerns. Our daughter is excited to go to school. She is thriving. Her development has accelerated in the almost year we’ve been at Primrose. Finding great childcare is one of the most difficult and important decisions parents have to make. We would choose Primrose at the Parks over and over again. Edit June 27 2023: We're still very happy with the care our child receives, but we do have one gripe to convey. Resolving payment conflicts is unnecessarily difficult. The school was closed for a week last winter (Dec 2022), and it was not initially announced as part of the school year. We had to arrange alternate care on relatively short notice, and we were not pro-rated for that week. Additionally, our child moved to a larger class (more students per teacher) recently, which decreases the monthly fee. However, this occurred mid-month, and it was again not automatically pro-rated.
