  I took a tour February 24 and was told that there was one opening for a two year-old slot and to have everything done As far as paperwork wise for March, March came and I had didn’t hear from anybody so I contacted them myself. I was told by a front desk staff that all I was waiting for was a teacher meeting to be set up to get my child Enrolled fully. Two weeks went by. I called again to see what was the wait for the teacher meeting. They told me they will call me to let me know when it will be set up. it then turned into April. I called again. I spoke to the front desk agent who told me that there was new staff in the building and that she was not handling the process correctly and that I will get a call back later on that afternoon to finish the process to set up the teacher meeting. No one called back so I called back. No one answered. I then gave up only to be met with an email in May appreciating me for taking the time to come to tour in February and if I have any questions about enrollment to contact them, but no one has contacted me so I sent them an email explaining to them everything that happened for them to tell me that my child could be placed on a waitlist and that they’re sorry for the miscommunication when in fact, there was no miscommunication there just wasn’t communication at all. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone because if you cannot communicate on basic paperwork, how can I trust you to communicate to me about my child?

  I appreciate the teachers who took on my son and the assistant director was the best ! I don’t agree with the center director she is very unprofessional, messy and very much not fit for that position. She fires people no put people she know in the building to spy and be messy . But there are some good teachers but the director very unprofessional, not engaging .

  KinderCare Penn Quarter is an amazing school! My son attended the program for over a year and we saw so much growth in what he learned and his overall development. The staff, from the leadership to the teachers, are truly invested in the success of their students and its apparent in everything they do. From their daily lessons, to their outdoor activities on The Mall and field trips to the library, KinderCare does an amazing job of teaching students in a fun and engaging way. KinderCare Penn Quarter is truly a family and we were lucky to have been a part of it!

  Our son started at Penn Quarter KinderCare this month and we have been so happy with our experience so far. As first time parents, we were super nervous about leaving our little one but the Penn Quarter KinderCare team made us feel right at home. The teachers in the Infant room are fabulous and send us tons of pictures throughout the day on the app. We can tell they really care about our little guy and we are so excited to watch him grow at Penn Quarter KinderCare. Thank you and keep up the great work!

  my son has been apart of the KC family since March & i absolutely love it! he started off at the buckman rd location in their infant program and my experience was amazing! he was hitting every milestone, development & motor skills! the communication was outstanding! i recently switched him to the Penn Quarter location & my son has been nothing but happy! i was skeptical at first due to the fact that he would be starting over but he fit right in! everyone welcomed my son with open arms and i couldnt be anymore happier! he’s now in the toddler program and his teachers are amazing! they love & care for my son as if he was their own child. ms.ni’mat & ms.shirletta are both amazing! they communicate everything and always have an answer for any questions that i have! im glad my son & I could be apart of something so special!
