  I do not recommend this childcare facility to absolutely anyone with small children. Due to our dire need of childcare as full-time working parents, I was desperate to find a local daycare as we are new residents of the city. Our daughters were only enrolled for 4 short months. In those months, we've experienced a poorly ran facility, stressed out "teachers" and child neglect. The 2 year old room consistently smelled like toddler poop from the moment of drop off to the moment of pick up. The teachers are unwelcoming and most seem to have no desire to be there. I would name drop but THEY know who they are. They put on their phone and have all of the little kids surrounding the phone watching CocoMelon. If i wanted my kids on a tablet or a phone, trust me I'd keep them home. I never saw youtube kids under their curriculum schedule. Next time please mention that during the TOUR. Our LAST and FINAL straw at this horrendous facility was when my partner picked up my 4 year old around 445pm. She was sitting, isolated on a chair because she had soiled her clothing during her naptime. Nobody bothered to give us a call and she had woken up from her nap around 2pm so HOURS had passed before we even got to pick her up. The following day when we went to unenroll the girls and talk with the director. She was very rude, unapologetic and kept reiterating that she wasn't there yesterday etc. Surely, they have policies and protocols in place when accidents like this happen. Nobody gave us a courtesy call and ALLL the teachers knew about her accident during nap time. They kept saying they support us and they understand and it was messed up that no one gave us a call and just had my daughter sitting, isolated for hours. Because of this, my child feels humiliated and is ultimately traumatized at the experience and behavior of these adults. I am appalled at the way they treated my child. I emailed corporate about it. I would not recommend this place EVEN if you're desperate. I promise there are better options out there.

  Update!! My daughters are still attending this great center. I have a second daughter who is now three, but started there when she was 6 weeks. She was delayed in speech and the KinderCare team worked with me and her speech therapist to reach her goals. I love how they include all students and will support the child's unique needs. As a result my daughter will no longer require speech therapy and can go to a general education class when she starts TK in August without support.

  This is my daughter's first year at the Yucaipa location. I will admit I was nervous about putting her here after reading the reviews online. I took a tour of the center, and decided I will give it a chance; and I'm glad I did. My daughter has a lots of friends and is very excited about going to school. Since preschool lays the foundation for the rest of a childs educational career, I am very happy that my child enjoys school. She gets homework weekly and is so proud she can do it on her own. The school has several events to allow parents to connect with each other as well, including the Halloween party, Christmas show, can carnival. The staff are very friendly and professional as well. Don't take my word for it, schedule a tour today.

  This school is amazing. So clean, friendly staff, and they care about the children. So happy to have found a daycare where I feel safe to drop my daughter off. Recommend this Center!!
