Tilden Preparatory School Walnut Creek, SF Bay Area

Tilden Prep is a unique, WASC-accredited, college preparatory school in Walnut Creek for grades 6-12 that teaches UC-approved courses one-to-one and in small groups. We also use mastery learning, teaching students to 80% (B) or higher level of mastery before moving forward. This allows us to individualize the pace and teaching method to address a wide range of learning needs for our students in the East Bay / Contra Costa area. We offer individual tutoring, summer classes and college prep courses. Tilden Prep offers more AP course options than most private schools, so that highly academic students have the opportunity to pursue as many areas of interest as they wish in greater depth.
