I am writing this review due to my frustration with administration's unresponsiveness with our query and request for a refund. My son's last day of school was July 3, 2026 and was under the impression that no charges will be made from our direct deposit thereafter since I made a 30-day notice and was assured that everything was set. This was not the case, we were still charged the week after and I immediately notified the school. I was instructed that I have to withdraw online. This could have been communicated prior. I also notified the school that I cannot back date my withdrawal so they had to manually submit the form and that I will get a refund check in 1-2 weeks. It's not mid-September and I emailed thrice to follow-up with no definite response. The last invoice I received from my email did not even reflect the refund process. This post is to warn parents of setting direct deposit for weekly payment from this school to prevent this mishap happening to future enrollees.

Had an amazing experience at Merry hill preschool Stockton with my 2.5 year old son. Amazing management, teachers and childcare. Teachers are very loving, caring and make sure to give kids a great learning experience. My son loved his school too. Kudos to Ms.Michelle and Ms.La Briea of Begginers A. So grateful to them!

Ms Rachel and Ms Luz have been amazing teachers at Merry hill. They are very kind, helpful and supportive teachers. My child has learnt so many in a years time under guidance of Ms Rachel and Ms Luz. Both helped us to potty train our child, help build qualities that made our child do work independently and infuse good manners. We noticed our child growth holistically based on the curriculum in school. We highly appreciate the love, care and support of both teachers.
